Handicap accessible room: A little disappointed: security latch was completely broken off; shower curtain was to short and water would splash out onto floor; shower floor around wall was old and brown looking from either age and/improper cleaning/ shower seat, when folded up was just dirty looking; overall, it is a little outdated and the room just didn’t feel or look clean.
Also, breakfast opens at 7:30 am! We needed to be on the road before breakfast is even an option! Not good for those who stay at this hotel for during the week and have time commitments! This was a big negative for us.

房間兩張大床還有一大一小兩個沙發打開都可以當床睡，很適合一家人出遊，之前訂了一天趕緊不錯，又續了三天，很不錯的選擇。早餐和周邊美食也不錯哦。

酒店位置不錯，房間也算乾淨整潔，比其他城市的智選假日要高出一個檔次；服務人員態度也還算好，早餐比較簡單，標準的美式，聊勝於無。距離OSU比較近，步行15分鐘左右。

I stayed with a friend and my 2 year old son for 2 nights. The hotel was acceptable and met our basic needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small and dated. Water pressure in the shower was low and the walls were paper thin you could hear every word people were saying in the room next door. Doors slammed when you closed them even if you tried to do it quietly. The pool was pretty dirty, it did not seem well maintained. My 2 year old son and I had the pool to ourselves and he didn’t seem to mind, but wasn’t what I’d expect from a holiday inn.
On the plus side of things, breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice. The fitness center was also pretty nice and had everything you’d need for a workout.
Was not in line with what I expect from holiday inn and a room I pay over $150 a night for!
