This hotel no good bad hotel is not ideal This hotel charge 100 dollars deposit by night no parking for people only value parking 30 by night in 114 tax for the hotel by night bad experience

Poor hygiene, a musty smell, especially the bathroom, stains everywhere. The hotel also charged more money at the beginning, and it was only recovered through the help of Ctrip. Apart from the sea view, it can be said that there are no other advantages.

I would not consider this a wonderful property it's a solid three and a half maybe a four. It's kind of old and dated towels are yellowish staff is okay. Bartender outside by the pool is amazing no safe access from the beach into the water very Rocky strong currents and waves

We had the most amazing time! The hotel is modern & contemporary. The staff were so friendly & helpful. The food & drinks were top notch. And the views... wow! I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this adult only resort. The hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. We were pleased with the Bay View room, it offered a view of the kayakers and paddle boarders out on the water and it was bright with sunshine. The rooms do not have balconies so no point paying extra to look out at the ocean. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We even walked into Old San Juan on a couple of occasions (~3.5km)

The staff especially Leticia were so helpful from before I even arrived and then assisted me with adding additional nights to my stay when there was a flight disruption.

The Condado Ocean Club was an amazing place to stay! It was very clean, safe & the staff were hospitable. The pool deck & beach were an amazing atmospheric experience! The Social (attached restaurant) had delicious food & spirit options. Overall, excellent! We will definitely stay here again!
