"Overall excellent. Prices are a bit high but the value is good. Breakfast was decent and the rooms are quite comfortable. The location is excellent. Right in the middle of Condado. Also great is that you get access to a free beach chair and umbrella. That was a nice surprise! / the beach is a dream. Staff were also excellent."

"Due to a flight delay, we had to book a room here as almost everything else was full. We arrived late at night and left early in the morning. The lady at the front desk was absolutely fantastic – one of the best staff members we've ever encountered on our travels. We didn't get a chance to experience the proximity to the ocean or the breakfast. The hotel itself was more or less alright."

"We had difficulty finding the hotel at first. Street signs are not prevalent in San Juan. Once we contacted the front desk they were very helpful. The suite was comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub suitably hot. It was not crowded at night. The onsite restaurant was very good. The staff were very helpful with getting taxis. The only negative was some early morning noise from the construction site next door."

"First time I’ve ever been at a hotel where I’ve had to wait 20mins for breakfast that is included. Be aware parts of the hotel is under construction so not all amenities were provided and this was not communicated. For the price of the hotel the service was not of the same value. Good location for a trip to PR."

"The location is good, just a few steps to the beach and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. But the room experience is extremely poor! There was no hot water the first night, there were ants in one of the beds and there were mosquitoes in the room. After the response the next morning, the hot water and ant problems were solved, but the mosquitoes replied that there was no mosquito killer and there was nothing they could do. On the third night, I had a different front desk lady and changed the room. But the room lighting is very dim."
