This place had its pros and cons ,staff were sweet and well mannered ,the food was mediocre sometimes good sometimes extremely bad , all areas were cleaned regularly and the scenery was beautiful, it was very hilly but we liked it as we thought it was good exercise but wouldnt recommend for disabled or elderly ,however the way they handle roudy and downright aggressive people is outrageous ,on one of my first nights being there i was awoken to someone loudly banging on their friends door as a "joke" at 12 o clock at night ,it sounded like he was the police doing a rade ,i reported them and nothing was done only a sorry ,the lady gave me a number to call and said it was a phoneline available 24hrs ,i am sitting in the place as i write this and i am absolutely digusted in tonight ,i came up to the bar for a nice drink to find glass and blood on the floor , a child turned to me and told me what happened , A CHILD !!! It turns out the man had gone to hit his girlfriend and then gone for the window which he smashed ,i wondered why he wasnt stopped and thrown out before he even broke the window but hey ‍♀️this triggered my severe anxiety which is based around aggressive men , i then went back to my room in which i heard more screaming and shouting between a couple sounded quite horrible ,went to call the 24hr number NOPE nobody answers i rung another 3 times ,NOPE ,i have now calmed down from a very severe anxiety attack and im appalled in this place ,no one deserves to feel scared on their holiday in the hotel theyre staying in ,i really didnt think this place was bad and was thinking about coming back but now i will have to rethink as im sure when i get back up to the desk tomorrow itll be the same sorry and bs all over again ,i also think this security they talk about is imaginary as they turned up at none of these scenariosthey will let ANYONE stay here ,i saw reviews about it and thought "oh its probably only a one time thing" i feel sorry for the staff they look tired and over the bull ,oh yeh and top it all off the whole of my floor can hear a man loudly throwing up ! Surely there should be an alcohol limit here or something as this is ridiculous ! So many ingrates just drinking themselves away and causing absolute chaos in an otherwise nice place

Well, what can I say. This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in to be honest. For a start, there are stairs everywhere. We are not the most unhealthy people but we really struggled with them. So much so we had to ask to change rooms because of all the stairs we had to navigate just to get back to reception. If you have any sort of walking or lung disability the steer clear of this hotel. I have to say the staff were fairly nice and approachable and pleasant though. We managed to get a room nearer to the pool and canteen after asking the reception staff. I call it a canteen rather than restaurant because that is what it was. Hard back upright small chairs with no table cloths or anything on the tables. Food wise, the breakfast was acceptable. English sausages, sort of bacon, beans, mushrooms and eggs. After that, lunch and dinner was fairly awful. Most of it was luke warm but edible I suppose. Pool looked dirty and unkept but we didn't get in it because it was too cold. Evening entertainment was made up of karaoke, quizzes and discos. The club house was like a free for all with kids running everywhere, kicking footballs where you sit and have a drink and generally unmanaged. Beers were help yourself with a beer tap facing you on the bar. The hotel itself is a bit of a walk to the nearest shops and bars. Downhill going there but uphill all the way coming back. To be honest, we were looking for a cheap get away in January and as usual, you get what you pay for. The place was cheap and eventually we got away. Some people we spoke to really enjoyed the place but you can only speak as you find. We certainly will not be going back there. The rooms were ok though , tidy and clean and towels were changed every other day.

First day was sitting around the scruffy pool when an unmuzzled, off the leash XL Bully was running around!! Just missed knocking over my 2 year old granddaughter who we scooped up pretty quick and left, later that day 2 Staffs got out the lift. This was enough to stop us going to the pool again!! With all the controversy over the XL Bully type tops in this country, was really shocked that this could happen. When we complained to a very miserable looking Receptionist, we were told that these are apartments and there are some that are private and they cannot stop them owning dogs!! That was the last we heard about it. If there are these type of dogs in the vicinity surely it should be stated before we booked, we certainly would not have even considered this place. Nothing is "in order" here, there are notes on the pool tables and machines to say "not working". No child area at all just a "crumbiing castle" and nothing else. There is NO entertainment at all, there was a disco with 2 people dancing and they played the same record "I will Survive" over and over, you would have to be a good one to SURVIVE this place. Everyone was complaining, cockroaches and ants, mouldy cupboards and "put you up camp beds". The hills are just mindblowing, and you would have to be ultra fit to walk this in the heat, day and night!! There is a couple of lifts but you still have to walk steep hills just to get to the reception, and as we would not stay by the pool, we had no alternative but to go to the beach every day. There is no shop for groceries either, as advertised. So you have to go down to get supplies and get taxis all the time. Hardly any staff and rowdy at night. I realise it is budget but do yourself a favour and spend a little more, DONT GO HERE. Cheap and very nasty, not cheap and cheerful. Pictures on the website are outdated, it does not look like this, it is in serious need of updating and cleaning up badly. Food mediocre at best, all in all a real disappointment for my family and I, with the main issue for us being the XL BULLY running loose!!

The worst place I have ever stayed and regret bringing my 1.5 year old here to have his first holiday ruined. Arrived late on the Monday night, the room was a sweat box with a half working fan blowing warm air around. Tuesday was our first full day to find out the kids park they advertised has been closed since last year, the games room had 2 things left in it which were both out of service. No mini golf like it says on their website and the food was barely edible and always freezing, any left over food was reheated and used at the next meal. Come Friday they closed the pool and lounge area, no warning, nothing on their website about it. So I had a 1.5 year old with NOTHING to do!! Asked reception about it and he shrugged and said "needs maintenence work done." Will include photos of "game" room and everything else. Absolutely appalling!

Stayed for a week, apartments are horrible. Linen is replaced every two days but has stains all over them. No air conditioning save for a rickety fan. Coackroaches all over the room, they come from every nook and cranny, big ones and loads of baby ones. Every night I had to go around killing as many as I could before going to sleep. Pool is big but run down and dirty. Only had breakfast one of the days and it was disgusting and everything was cold. While I was there, some people had their apartment broken into, passports and souvenirs taken. Avoid this place. The only thing going for this place is the view.

Stunning views , but killer hills to walk up , only one staff member was very welcoming the rest rude. Joke for paying for pizza should be included in all inclusive. Food was not the best and we weren’t aloud butter for bread to with soup at night time. Pools dirty, only thing good about the hotel is drinks. The entertainment at night was bad

We arrived as a group of 22. Firstly they had changed all the rooms people were allocated on booking, not great, but sorted out eventually. The rooms are basic and outdated, but clean. The cleaners came alternate days. The patio doors did not lock. Safe not working on arrival, but sorted the following morning. We paid for all inclusive, (school canteen is what it reminded me off) drinks and breakfast was ok, but lunch & evening meal was not great, so we ate out instead. The hill from reception to the pool is horrid, there are 2 lifts, but you still have no option but to walk up & down the hill. Pool has seen better days and needs some clear repair work. Sun loungers are fixed, so you can’t sit up on them, only lay down and very uncomfortable too. Chairs round pool are also uncomfortable. On the last night our door broke and no one from the hotel could get in it. We explained there was medication in the room that was needed that night, to be met with shrugged shoulders and nothing we can do. We went back and forth with them, they wouldn’t call a manager or an out of hours maintenance person. All they kept saying was tomorrow and you’ll have to have another room overnight. The first room they gave us didn’t even have electricity. The reception lady was very rude every time we spoke to her, with or without an issue. Avoid the hotel. This place has nothing on Faulty Towers.
