Very good and beautiful location. Easy to find and facing beautiful sea and we had a nice walk at the beach. Just that the room is bit old but been refurbished. We had a dinner at the hotel foods were pretty good. I would go back again definitely.

My family and I have a good experience with this hotel. Staffs are great and they are always friendly and welcoming. I would recommend you to visit them. Thank you so much.

The toilet and bathroom is a little bit run down and small for families

It’s great location, reception very friendly. Room a bit dusty and don’t have sound proof that you could hear everything from outside and inside the building. Overall it is okay to stay for 1 night.

Stayed in queen beds room with bay view. Strategic location which directly opposite the beach, walking distance to eateries about 500m away. Free parking available but crowded on weekends.

It’s right by the seaside, very convenient

Only stayed one night & was enough. Basic room with basic amenities. Bathroom seat was disgusting & had urine smell. Only thing good was it was close to beach & short drive from penguin parade. Found a great place for breakfast not fair also.

Although room is a bit dated, but it's well maintained and clean. Location is perfect by the beach side.

This is should not be called Hotel, it is more like backpack. The check-in is quite a drama. The reception told me that someone travelling with me took the room key already, as soon as I told her my name and presented her the booking confirmation. I was stunned to hear it as all my family members were not even getting off the car yet. Staying in the hotel room is like staying in the tent at a campsite, as you can hear everything next door or down the road. Not recommend to stay there again.

Great location and nice reception. Didn't expect that the bathroom is located in 1 of the rooms. Would be nice to have a microwave oven handy to use, but found an alternative. Overall it was a good experience.

Unhelpful and apathetic staff.  Even though there were a few dinner venues still open on Xmas eve, she told us that everything is closed and we can only get something at supermarket to avoid starving.  Poor advice in fact. On check out day, we were still using the washroom for the last minute at around 10:30 before the long road trip, he just threatened that we will be charged for $50 every 30 minutes of overstaying!   The facility was worn out everywhere.  All the door locks, water taps are difficult to turn.  Cleaning was quite substandard. Dusty everywhere.

Unbeatable water view, best location, walking distance to shops, cafe, restaurants. Easy car park, clean and nice service. Reception opens 24/7 inc Xmas holiday. Great experience!

The view from the room is wonderful. Hotel is located in front of the beach. Need to standby food as shops around the town of Cowes sleeps early.
