If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it! Everything was amazing! The rooms were super clean, food was great, and the staff was extremely friendly!!

Be very careful, it is the worst hotel in Cozumel
The worst vacation of my life. Horrible food horrible drinks. The day you arrive you can't make a reservation for the only nice restaurant because you have to make reservations before 12 and check-in is at 3. The next day I got to the restaurant, well, 45 minutes in the restaurant and no one approached me to see if I wanted something to drink. I call Captain Jaime and I tell him and he tells me I already came and he didn't even bring me anything or offer me anything to drink... an hour or a quarter later they brought me meat that I wouldn't even give it to my dog... no make the same mistake as me in booking this hotel !!!!!!!!! From the first day we arrived there were dirty socks hanging in the bathroom. The manager was notified and until the day we did not go there are still the socks

Cancun Cozumel Island has a very beautiful environment, and the sunset is particularly beautiful. Unfortunately, the weather has not been the most beautiful in the past few days. It is good to go snorkeling to see the fish and corals.

Unfortunately this property has declined. We’ve been here several times in past. Buffet has decreased in size. No evening entertainment. No refrig in room. Can rent one for $10 a day. My husband is diabetic so had to keep getting ice and buy a cooler for insulin. Short staffed so service is slow. Food in 1 restaurant is good but have to make a reservation at 8am. Staff is very friendly and nice. They try. Don’t think we’ll be back

Oh boy. I don't know where to start. There were five in our party. Two rooms. Both rooms were extremely dirty. Our feet were black after walking around on them barefoot for an hour the evening we checked in. The buffet food was less than par for sure. Your best bet is to order off the menu, then you're more likely to enjoy the meal. You will not get a wash cloth to scrub your body as those towels are only available for those who book the presidential suites. Yup. Towels to clean your body are only available if you spend top dollar. If you have a room with four people, we got three towels and two bottles of water. The towels and sheets were all dirty. There is not a phone in the room so you'll have to walk down to the front desk to ask for anything. There is not a mini fridge in the room so hopefully you don't have anything you're expecting to keep cold. The taxi for 1-3 people into town to a convenient store is $10 USD one way, and for 4-6 people it is $20 one way. Nearly every pool chair is littered with bird poop. If you don't go down and put your towel down by 9am, good luck getting a spot. Many times, the people who put towels down don't actually even sit there at all throughout the day. The manager is absolutely impossible to reason with.
The pros.... a few of the staff members made our stay worth it. Emanual, Gabriel, Miguel, the kind man at the pool bar, and a couple more were absolutely fantastic. We tipped them very well which I think helped.

The property is in serious need of a remodel . Years overdue. The food is terrible. I saw a guy throwing spaghetti into a chafing warmer with his bare hands . The room we had was a “sky suite” . Absolutely awful. Everything is worn out . Towels are thread bare. The owner of this hotel needs to spend money on his properties upkeep .
