The hotel staff was friendly. The pool was closed and the rooms were very dirty. I didn’t feel clean being here. There were small bits of trash in our room and the pull out couch was stained and had no linens in the room. I had stayed at a different comfort suites a week after this and it was a night and day difference in standard and cleanliness at the other comfort suites I stayed at. It really put into perspective how uncared for this property is. It feels almost worse than a cheap motel. I wouldn’t recommend.

So i booked my room for me and my family for four day that first night kids got ready for bed and my son scream that something was crawling on him we looked and it was bed bug. So i jump up me and my husband went straight down to the desk and checked out even thought the lady said he manager was go contact me for the problems we had and no one called me.

Outdated rooms, elevator, pool area, everything is either broken, cracked, dirty, and gloomy, staff not helpful, my request to have my room cleaned was denied. Overall terrible stay at comfort suites
Only positive- even though my request for room cleaning was denied, cleaning lady was kind enough to change my sheets, take our trash and provided me with toiletries and towels

Needs updated. Pull out couch for extra person could not be used as it would have blocked the room exit and bathroom. Piece of metal sticking out of the bed frame that was a hazard.

Super dirty rooms and run-down appearance overall. Paint peeling of walls, dingy smell throughout. Would highly recommend you avoid unless it is a last resort. I will NEVER stay there again.

Booked through *******. When checking in, there was a 1 dollar remainder on the account. They made me contact ******* to speak to customer service to sent the hotel the one dollar. Customer service repeatedly told the front desk to check me in while they fix the issue between the hotel and *******. They would not check me in until they got their dollar from them. Waited 45 minutes. Great start to a bachelorette trip..not.

Only one bath towel for two person reservation. No kleenex tissues. Toilet paper roll tube missing. One bed lightbulb didn't work. A/C didn't cool very well. Everything else was fine, but slow.

This property was very run down! There were holes in the carpet, drawings on wall, ripped up wall covering, etc. Only 1 towel in the bathroom. The fire alarms went off at 1am, scaring everyone to death. After several minutes, while we were preparing to evacuate, they shut off. There was no alert or reassurance that everything was safe. The breakfast was severely lacking! There wasn't enough food for everyone. The options were very slim! The dining room was dark.

The pullout couch in our bedroom looked like it hadn't been opened in years. There was dirt, coins, and a wrinkled up "risky" business card when we opened it. Also there was what appeared to be blood on the sheet. We shut that up immediately and did not use. Also the pool looked like it had a film on it and the hot tub had OSB board covering it. Elevator was dirty. Overall just unclean property. We would not come back.
