It is a very nice room, plenty of spaces, complimentary and easy to access (in front of the Oxford railway station). Staff are nice and helpful. They are willing to introduce the beautiful city Oxford. Please be aware that there are no lifts if it matters.

Beautiful historical hotel. The location was perfect. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The ceiling was really high. The air conditioner was quiet. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely visit again.

We were delighted with the attention, they gave us all information we needed for getting around, gave us recommendations for places to eat and gave us a warm welcome. The place was tidy and clean, it had some smart design for storing all our things and more, the bathroom had everything a traveler would need. I will definitively come back here on my next stay in Oxford

The hotel is very near to train station, everything is walking distance, service is good and there is a supermarket next to hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

Good location but no elevator.

The hotel is conveniently located near Oxford train station and the S3 bus stop for Blenheim Palace, making it easy to get to the city center. Although it's a 3-star hotel, it was exceptionally clean, comparable to, and even surpassing, a 4-star hotel. Upon returning the next day, I noticed staff using a machine to clean the sink drain in the bathroom. While I didn't initially notice a blockage, regular cleaning is essential. In contrast, a 4-star hotel in London had a sink drain that was slow, indicating it hadn't been cleaned regularly. Overall, this hotel clearly values ​​its reputation.
