Hotel Mahabir Galaxy

Had worst experience staying here. Rooms at second floor are smelly, full of dirt, damp patches in wall, unprofessional staff and what else can accompany this experience.. in totality people must avoid this place for their stay

As per price it's dissapoint to see room standard. Ac not working properly, led also found offroad, only one thing room service is good, overall not good

I booked a hotel Mahabir Galaxy in cuttack town for 30th Jan. I reached hotel at 1 pm and the attended asked me to wait for another 30 to 45 mins stating that guests are checking out. Though check out time was 11am and check in time was 12noon. then i received a call from lady stated that she will have a word with Hotel manager and then hotel manager told the same thing to that lady. I was again told to wait for another 15 mins. Same lady called me and stated that I can give you 50% discount and when I denied then she assured me that her supervisor will call me witin 2 hours. No one called and then I had to call MakeMyTrip and when I asked for her supervisor she said my supervisor is not available in the shift. I was keep on talking to her and finally she she my supervisor will call you in next 10 mins and finally got call. But surprisingly i was shocked with her answer stated you can check out now at 4pm and she call talk t property owner for refund.

Very beautiful hotel. And staff also very good behaviour and hotel is also maintained cleaning.

The rooms are good but the only thing that disappointed us was the washrooms. The tap was non-functional. But they provide good services.

Best quality food and staff's are very much cooperative. Good hospitality. Cleaning also good. Vegnabaratan corma is my favorite dish in mahavira galaxy, bajrakabati road

I find it through mmt. Lack of in time delivery but my overall experience is good to stay here. I will prefer e to stay in future.

Good hotel, best hotel, visit any one best the service and stay on room and try to eat restaurants, thanks all member of hotel

I booked a supreme room but was first given a single bed room then after complaining i was given a double bedroom which was too unclean, no sun rays or open window was not in the room. Despite asking to clean the room no one cleaned the room. I hope the management would solve the problem.
