You can walk to Erhai for two or three minutes. It is super romantic to take a walk in the evening. We originally booked a king-size room (Room 101), but the host generously upgraded us to a sea-view room (Room 302) for free. The scenery was breathtaking, and we could even watch the sunrise directly from our room. There's also a lovely rooftop terrace just outside, perfect for photos, and it's far more delightful than any coffee shop! The room facilities were comprehensive, including a smart toilet, water heater, and a projector, though we didn't use the projector. We drove there, and the host arranged free parking. After parking, we were met and escorted to the guesthouse for check-in; the service was incredibly thoughtful. The host's courtyard also has an adorable long-haired, short-legged cat with heterochromia named Mòmò. It's super cute and friendly, I just forgot to take a picture! It's a shame our holiday was too short; otherwise, we would have loved to stay a few more days to truly relax and savor the experience.
