We stayed for 2 nights. The service was excellent, and the place was very clean. Its location near the South Gate made exploring the ancient city incredibly convenient, and they offer self-service laundry and drying facilities. For breakfast, you could order main dishes à la carte, with delicious options like wontons, Er Si noodles, and rice noodles. The afternoon tea and complimentary evening wellness soup included in our booking were also a nice touch. It's a pity it rained throughout our stay in Dali, as we hardly got to enjoy the rooftop terrace.

The owner is a young, enthusiastic, and handsome guy who proactively helped me with my luggage and offered travel tips and recommendations. The public area on the guesthouse's rooftop offers a pleasant spot to enjoy coffee with views of Cangshan Mountain. Plus, its location right by the bustling South Gate of the Ancient City is super convenient. The rooms are well soundproofed, so it's quiet at night. The hygiene was excellent; I even brought my own disposable toiletries but didn't need them. All the room facilities were clean, tidy, and brand new. I stayed for three days and tried every room type, and I wasn't disappointed with any of them. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!
