Average standard hotel, well suited to dropping your bags and seeing the ancient town for one day. Not suited if you want to spend any more time at the hotel, or stay for multiple days, as limited amenities and breakfast was very basic.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you want to explore the ancient town extensively and just be apart of the whole atmosphere of the place. Room was good for the price, but the walls are very thin so you’ll hear all the noise going on outside. Location is the main reason I would stay at this hotel again.

這次帶父母來大理旅遊，聽了哥哥的建議，入住維也納酒店，歐式風格，前台小姐姐，小哥哥服務熱情，接下來去麗江的酒店也是預訂維也納，這次體驗感真的不錯👍

房間大小倒是無所謂，關鍵是衞生間下水不好，洗完澡滿地是水，防滑毛巾都淹過了，第二天早上地上還有水，還不如住民宿呢。

環境：三星級酒店的設施環境，在淡季，這個價格偏高，不如選擇民宿。
服務：前台禮貌。
設施：差評。水壺裡塞有白菜葉子，真的很意外。電視是壞的，報修後告知無法解決，讓我們”堅持”。淡季的時候民宿100到200，找個相對環境好，有電視的不難，那為什麼要花將近400住在這裏呢？
位置，在大理古城中心，去哪個門都要我很遠，其實是不方便的
