別墅位置很好，有自己的小院子很涼快，房間也很乾凈很整齊，裝飾也很温馨。在洱海公園邊上的別墅區，出門就是洱海，環境很好比較安靜，老闆服務很好，第一天入住幫忙搬行李需要什麼也會及時送上來，有一天在樓下吃飯送了我們一碗自己做的魚，很辣很鮮美，感謝老闆這些天的照顧，很開心，洱海景色很美，感興趣旁邊的團山公園也可以逛逛但是要爬坡我太懶了沒上去

裝修非常好，很新，乾淨舒適。距離洱海衹有一條馬路寬，衹是周邊沒有早餐店，不過可以自己做，總體好評了。

房間超級乾淨，老闆中途還幫忙收了一次垃圾，交通便利，小區門口步行400米就能到公交站，別墅距離小區門口超級近，來伯爵旅拍的建議住在這裏，老闆人超級好，房間裝修的很好，床也很舒服，晚上也很安靜，睡得很棒。以後來還會住這裏，超級推薦！

簡直不要太棒！就像住進了自己的家，温馨，安全，舒適……僅靠旁邊的5星酒店，屬於統一開發商的別墅小區，硬件不輸酒店，性價比優選！房間不靠路邊，反而很安靜……小陽台上點個外賣，喝個小酒，説不出的愜意……小區安全臨近洱海公園，院子安逸美好，各處都充滿小情調，非常注重細節，清晨的院子蟲鳴鳥叫，微風習習，太適合常住了……房間內部陳設舒服，品質好，連拖鞋都一塵不染，看得出店主夫婦**了很多的心思，經營的非常仔細……很適合家庭小住，也適合帶孩子……店主家的小姑娘超可愛，小兔子也很美好……值得入住，適合放鬆心情
