公寓就在下關區，交通方便，對面很多吃飯地方，到達時候已是晚上八點，老闆人很熱情，小區門口等候帶我們入住，找停車位，又發了很多旅遊攻略和吃飯的推薦地點，房間寬敞乾淨，安靜，視野開闊，出門就可以坐船，離博物館也很近，直接走路就到，贊一下

海景房的格局合理，實際狀況與預訂時看到的圖片吻合度高，非常乾淨；地理位置適合來旅遊或短期租住的遊客。出小區左轉兩三百米就是下關碼頭、洱海公園；樓下有公交車站，眾多的餐廳（因為都是小店，期望值不要過高）。這個房型臨街可以看到洱海，晚上不關窗户略微有些吵，因為遊玩一天很累，對我們的影響也不算太大。到達前可提前向房東瞭解門禁卡放的位置。遇到小問題，房東會幫助及時解決。我們趕上了白族的火把節，夜晚的興盛大橋煙花璀璨！

房間足夠大，洗浴乾濕分離，雖然簡潔，但是還算乾淨，樓層高涼快，晚上能看一下城市的燈光夜景，地理位置非常好，到大理高鐵站3km，到洱海公園300米，團山公園就在洱海公園旁邊，周邊有好吃的米線，米粉，餐飲店非常多，大部分都是白族人開的。

與大理碼頭一條馬路之隔，廳的窗外洱海 ，無阻擋，下面就是游洱海的碼頭，合適一家3，4人入住，有陽台，有洗衣機，多天旅遊的中途站。

住在這裏的體驗：1.位置極好，出門三分鐘洱海公園，十分鐘興盛大橋，抬頭見蒼山，下了樓附近吃飯的地方特別多，各種口味選擇性多。打個車起步價到火車站。2.屋裡打掃的很乾凈，二個房間各不幹擾，大陽台，大客廳，設施齊全。水洗澡也沖，電褥子，電暖器，很貼心的考慮。3.店主認真負責，詳細介紹吃的玩的地方，實實在在的，價格也公道。與網上的圖片一致，陽光足的時候坐在飄窗上看山，看海，發發呆，舒服啊，連住了四天，之前也在古城裡住了三天，通過這幾天的遊玩，這個位置是大理市區是數一數二的了，圓滿的大理之行啊！
