管家小哥哥超棒！一打電話就馬上出來接我們還主動給我們拎行李箱（女生的行李大家都懂的🥹） 我們要離店的當天還主動提出上樓給我們搬行李 給我們送到門口 這服務的主動性也太強了吧 房間乾淨衞生 兩張兩米的大床 40多平的房間 給人一種很温馨很幸福的感覺 真的感覺就跟家一樣🤩環境也很好 馬路對面就是洱海 出門就能感受洱海的風 設施設備很齊全 曲屏的電視體驗感很佳！👍🏻很不錯的入住體驗哦！給管家小哥哥點贊！給民宿點贊！！

房間很大 老闆管家都很N ice，連續住了3晚 剛好公公婆婆三天吃素 民宿也可以燒飯 沒煤氣 電話打過去也立刻處理了，而且老闆看我們又帶長者又帶小孩 行動不是很方便，外出和回來一個電話 就過來接送我們，真的太感謝了
而且酒店叫外賣叫車都很方便 直接送到門口，下次再去大理可以繼續來住的地方

服務：威脅人，不給開房門！態度極其惡劣
還要冒雨等半天才有人！

細節看出品質，衞浴上恆潔，照明用歐普，隔壁酒店都不敢這麼囂張。其次，店家服務態度好，不給客户添麻煩，小馬哥能解決實際問題，續房晚被新的客户訂了，立馬幫忙處理，協調很迅速，結果很好，非常滿意。

站在陽台可以看到洱海，酒店很安靜，是我喜歡的，打車去市區很近，去古城有點距離！我們在古城玩了今天覺得太鬧，選擇了這個地方，像個別墅區，很好！下次來大理還住這邊，沒有拍房間的照片，看評論區裏其他朋友發的圖，是實拍！

酒店的房間很，廣場衞生間也很好，帶一個走廊在上面吹風還是不錯的，出了門口過個馬路就是洱海邊，設施啊以及服務啊都很到位，總體給人感覺還是很滿意的

房間大，通風，老闆説不用開風扇空調一開始還不相信，果然真的晚上不用開，這個價格在洱海值了，可惜我們去了2天都下雨，不下雨的時候在陽台看洱海好舒服
