We strategically chose this location to easily access both the east and west lanes on 2 separate days, with attractions like 洱海公园 and 兴盛大桥 within walking distance. 兴盛大桥 offers great spots for sunrise and sunset views. The view from the high vantage point on the 20th level is superb, providing privacy when enjoying the bathtub as it overlooks the lake. Both the owner and housekeeper were friendly and helpful, with the owner even providing a contact for car bookings. While the price may be slightly higher than the market rate, it seems negotiable. It's important to inform the owner of your arrival time, especially if you plan to arrive earlier than the allocated check-in time. In our case, the owner had to rush down to accommodate us, as the property is located in a residential apar**ent where the owner doesn't reside. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay.
