We booked a courtyard room and were surprised to see that it was not actually in the Four seasons inn but in a small passage a few streets away. It was closer to the old city's pedestrian area though. Very convenient to walk around.
The shower is not very practical to use since water spreads in the whole bathroom and that gives a slight smell of damp.

非常失敗的住店經歷！入住第二天洗澡時，因為地滑和拖鞋質量差造成摔傷骨折，和店家協商，店家服務態度極差，就説減免房費。反正你們是外地遊客也跟我們耗不起，有問題就起訴。再説説整體環境，一牆之隔就是KTV，半夜兩三點還在輸出100分貝的音量，難以入眠。至於説房間衞生，衹要你不懼怕蜘蛛和小強，能接受衞生間下水道的味道，倒也不是不可以住。再來吐槽一下平台，對我骨折的關懷分提出過三次解決方案，第一次補償20元平台劵，第二次補償200元平台劵，最後一次方案補償388平台劵。如果不接受就這樣。説實話去哪兒網真是讓我開眼界了。找12345投訴，返達結果就是去哪網就這個**，調節不了，建議走法律程序。以上是今年五一假期的收貨。拖着骨折的手臂寫上上述本人真實的經歷，有可能被刪除評論，如果沒刪除僅供其他遊客參考。

真的很喜歡！一進門看到可可愛愛的毛絨玩具小女孩瞬間被治癒🥹三樓的視角很棒，早上一起床推門就可以看到漂亮的日出🌅打掃房間的阿姨也很熱情，主動問我需不需要打掃有沒有什麼要換的補的日用品，房間設施都很全，有空調衣架毯子吹風機樣樣俱全。真的很喜歡這家店！下次去大理還要住這裏

客棧平台可以看到全城的煙花，老闆人挺好的，乾淨衞生，位置鬧中取靜，離停車場不遠。

等風來不如去有風的地方，因為想遊玩的景點比較多選擇住在古城裡麪，客棧距離洱海門兩百米，去哪裡都方便，而且打車可以直接到門口，周邊好吃的很多，晚上也很熱鬧。老闆也很熱情不懂的問老闆也給我們一一解答，也給我們詳細介紹了大理應該怎麼玩。房間衞生也很乾凈，房間有空調晚上睡覺也不冷。
