It was my first time in Dali, and I booked Yanyuan by the Erhai Lake. If I stayed for three nights, they would provide a pick-up service. The lady boss had contacted me in advance to arrange the pick-up, which was very thoughtful. Yanyuan is close to the Erhai Lake Ecological Corridor. Erhai Lake is just 20 to 30 meters away from the door. It is an excellent location for watching the sunrise. It is only a few minutes' walk to the village entrance and it is very convenient to take a taxi to other attractions. If you don't want to go to the ancient city to find food, there are also many restaurants and roadside snacks in the village. The room is clean and hygienic, and provides glutinous rice Pu'er tea, welcome fruit and flower cakes, and a foot bath bag, which really fits the name of the hotel - Health Inn. There is no luxurious decoration here, but the furniture and bathroom appliances are all high-quality brands. The interior design is very elegant, showing the delicate thoughts and personal taste of the owner of the B&B everywhere. The breakfast is rich and balanced, the rice noodles are delicious, the coffee is good, and the dining area is quiet and comfortable. The proprietress is intellectual and friendly. It is a pleasure to chat with her. She also gave me very useful sightseeing suggestions. In addition, the housekeeper is gentle and polite, and the big sister and little brother who help are diligent and kind. Living here makes you feel comfortable and warm. It’s a pity that there is not enough time on this trip, otherwise I would definitely find an afternoon to sit in front of the coffee bar, look at the sea from the window, and enjoy the leisure time. I am very satisfied with this stay. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Dali in the future and will also recommend it to my relatives and friends.

The hotel is clean and the transportation is convenient. It is very close to Longqi Wharf. The boss is super good. Seeing that the three of us upgraded the suite for free, we can see Rizhao Jinshan from the window sill of the room. It is great. The boss will ask us what time to have breakfast the night before. Prepare in advance. The next day we went to Lijiang because we had to get up early to catch the bus and couldn't eat breakfast. Then the boss introduced us to carpooling. The driver was also very good, the attitude was good, and the needs of the passengers would be met. Recommend this, great. Affirm that it is not my true feelings.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The decoration is stylish and traditional, creating a very spacial atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the old town and surrounded by plenty of shops, which made everything very convenient. The only downside was that the surrounding area can be a bit noisy and not the cleanest, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control and didn’t affect our overall experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Erhai Lake, making it perfect for watching the sunrise. You can also borrow the owner's bicycles to cycle to the ancient city, which is very convenient. The room was spacious. On our first night, it was a bit chilly upon arrival, but given it was winter, that was understandable. However, it was perfectly warm and comfortable on the following nights. The owner is incredibly hospitable, and the service was outstanding. Every morning, they prepared a big, comforting bowl of rice noodles for breakfast. It was wonderful to start the day with a warm stomach before heading out. They also offered eggs, sweet potatoes, corn, and more – truly excellent.

The hotel is located in Longfeng Village next to Caicun. I thought I was in Caicun when I booked it! However, the hotel is right next to the Haixi Ecological Corridor, which is very convenient if you like to cycle on the corridor. It’s just that it’s not convenient to take a taxi to Dali Ancient Town, which costs about 20 yuan. The hotel is smart. It is good to listen to music and watch movies when you are tired from the journey. It is very quiet at night because vehicles are not allowed on the ecological corridor. There are only sightseeing buses, and there are no sightseeing buses at night. The terrace in the room was a plus, but it couldn't be used because of the rain. However, the room was well ventilated and there was no smoke smell. But the room was a bit small. It felt like water would splash onto the bed if I made a big washing move. I even washed a short-sleeved white shirt while taking a shower. It rained heavily on the day we checked in, so even though I held an umbrella, my backpack and pajamas inside got soaked due to the long wait for the bus. Thanks to the large terrace outside the room that didn't get wet, everything was kept cool outside. This is the biggest advantage of staying in this inn for one night, it is very comfortable.

The room is very clean and the facilities are very smart. The location of the homestay is also easy to find. The room is large and the dry and wet areas are separated. The interior environment of the small courtyard is very elegant. The designer is very tasteful. There is a terrace on each floor. You can sit on the terrace and look at the scenery outside. When you get up in the morning, you can see the sunrise through the window. There will be mosquitoes at night, but mosquito repellent is very considerate. The owner of the homestay and the cleaning lady are very considerate. If the requirements are not too excessive, they will satisfy you! ! Recommended! !

This Daxi Hotel near Longkan Wharf has abandoned Dali's uniform Internet celebrity style, and its unique Chinese style is high-end and atmospheric. When our car arrived at the gate of the yard, the first sight of the gate was eye-catching. Seeing the big characters of Jishan Yuqing on the plaque, it felt that this would be a hotel with a lot of cultural heritage, and it also conveyed the hotel owner's values ​​of making good connections. Walking into the gate, it is really a different world, a beautiful garden courtyard, flowers, grass, bridges and pavilions, exquisite and beautiful, and the scenery changes with every step. Walking through it, it seems to have traveled through a costume drama. The Qingxiangmu room we stayed in was super large! It really felt like a big family! The furniture and facilities in the room are very high-end. Although I don't know what wood the chair is made of, it is very heavy, and it should be a very good wood. The super large round bathtub 🛁 is thoughtfully equipped with a bathtub cover, and the baby can swim in it. Dyson hair dryer, smart toilet, and face towel! ! The details are really well done! It was very quiet to sleep at night, and the bed was very comfortable and slept well! - Outside the hotel is a beautiful rural scenery, where you can see Cangshan Mountain, blue sky and white clouds. It is super healing. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to Longkan Wharf to watch the sunrise! - There is also a cute little cat in the yard. It is a little socially anxious. The child likes to chase the cat and play!

The hotel is about 300 meters away from Caicun Pier. There is a parking lot and it is convenient to eat nearby. The hotel environment is very clean and sanitary, and the facilities are intelligent and new. The boss and employees are very enthusiastic and the service is very considerate. If I have the chance to come to Dali again, I will definitely choose Shanhaixiyue! !

The inn's price is very reasonable and the value for money is excellent. Here, we not only enjoyed high-quality service and facilities, but the location of this B&B is also very good, with many attractions nearby and very convenient for travel. The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the room facilities were complete and of high quality. There was also a great breakfast, and there were cats to pet. I would choose this place again next time!

Amenities and services: 10/10 The rooms are very well maintained, and looks very good. Unfortunately the bathtub was not working during our stay, but that’s okay, the shower was working very well. Nil complains, and excellent host as well. He is very accommodating, and will try his best to accomodate to your requests. He compensated us for some minor hiccups that occured, and I feel he that he went above what was expected of him. 10/10 service. Location: 9/10 Located beside er hai lake, it’s quite convenient to take a stroll at the lakeside, with several rental bicycles nearby. Located beside a food store (home run) which served excellent food in my opinion (best so far in my stay in China). Has several convinence store nearby as well. However, it is quite far from the ancient city, which is accessible by their private hire services, so not much of an issue. There are many other home stays within the vicinity, can’t say about those, but my experience in this homestay was pleasant and memorable. P.S next door has a cat. A very cute one.
