Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! ⭐️ The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. Even though they didn’t really speak English, they still made a great effort to assist us whenever we needed help. Really appreciate their patience and hospitality! 🙌🏻 For Muslim travellers, halal food is available around the area, but most halal restaurants are not within walking distance. You’ll need to take a DiDi to get to them, so it’s something to keep in mind when choosing this hotel. Other than that, the view from the hotel is beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel! 👍🏻

Our lake-view room was spacious and impeccably clean. The bedding was soft, and we slept soundly and peacefully through the night. On a clear day, the Erhai Lake view was absolutely stunning. Tracy helped us keep an eye on the room status beforehand and was very quick to respond to our requests. The location is very convenient; there's parking available if you're driving, making it easy to get in and out of Xiaguan urban area. After dinner, we enjoyed a pleasant walk to Xingsheng Bridge!

The hotel facilities are new and the service is great. The only downside is that the hotel entrance is small and tucked away in an alley. The hygiene is also very good, and breakfast is decent. While it doesn't have as many options as a larger hotel, it's clean and satisfactory.

We chose the Indigo Dali Erhai specifically for its sea views, and they certainly didn't disappoint. It's right on the beachfront, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer stunning views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. The lobby and pool area also provide fantastic photo opportunities. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening – the sea view alone is incredibly therapeutic. However, the aging facilities are quite noticeable, indicating the hotel has been around for some time. There's wear and tear on the furniture corners in the room, some walls are yellowing, the shower pressure is just okay, and the appliances are older with not much in the way of smart features. Soundproofing is mediocre; you can occasionally hear road noise from outside on lower floors. There's significant room for improvement in terms of maintenance details. The staff were generally friendly, and the breakfast selection was decent. The mini-bar drinks are complimentary and restocked daily. If you're coming to Dali with the main goal of relaxing in your room and enjoying the sea view, and you're not particular about the age of facilities, this place could be a good option. However, if you prioritize brand-new room amenities, you might be a bit disappointed. The location is in Xiaguan, Dali, which is a bit far from the Ancient City, so you'll need to plan your transportation accordingly. Overall in a nutshell: It excels with its unbeatable Erhai Lake views but falls short on outdated facilities. Sea view enthusiasts can go for it, but those who seek brand-new rooms should think twice.

The room was spacious and bright with huge floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a perfect view of Erhai Lake. Every morning, I couldn't wait to take photos on the balcony! The staff were attentive, thoughtful, and enthusiastic. Since we had an early high-speed train to catch, the guesthouse owner even woke up early to prepare a delicious breakfast for us. After the meal, he helped us load our luggage into the car. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Erhai Park for our Dali trip truly exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a few minutes' walk from Dali Railway Station, making travel very convenient. It's also close to Erhai Park, so we could easily stroll to the lakeside in the evenings to enjoy the scenery. Dining and shopping options are also readily available nearby. The room was spotless and spacious. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring a great night's sleep. The soundproofing was effective, so we weren't disturbed by outside noise. The room facilities were comprehensive, and the toiletries were of good quality. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including both Chinese and Western options, as well as local Yunnan rice noodles and specialty snacks. We were very satisfied with the food. The hotel also has a gym and a self-service laundry room, which is a great plus for long-term travelers. The front desk staff were very friendly and handled check-in quickly. They were also prompt in responding to any questions we had. The overall service standard is high. This hotel is perfect for both leisure and short business trips. Highly recommended!

Atmosphere: The sea view is stunning, offering different sunrise and sunset views every day from every angle. Facilities: Well-equipped, the host even provided daily replenished disposable toiletries, a powerful hairdryer, and a wet/dry bathroom setup. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. The cleaning staff cleaned daily, and the room was odor-free. Service: The butler service was attentive and responsive. Public areas were elegant and clean with pleasant diffusers, and there was a self-service area for water and amenities.

Come to Dali, a particularly satisfying stay. The sanitation is very clean and the service is thoughtful and welcoming. The room is fully intelligently controlled and quite convenient. The boss also intimately equipped with a refrigerator. After playing, you can ice fruit. Downstairs is the Bohai Sea, which is very convenient to travel. It is only 10 minutes away from the high-speed rail station. There are many specialty restaurants in Dali on both sides of the hotel. In short, I will live in Dali again and recommend it. 😃

I originally booked an 'Elegant.Mini' room (mini-space), but upon arrival at the hotel, because I'm a Trip.com member, they upgraded me to a 'Cloud.Mountain-Sea King' room. Even though my room was close to the airport road, the noise was minimal and it was quite quiet. From the window, I could see Erhai Lake and Erhai Park. It only takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the Erhai Park archway, and about 10 minutes from the hotel to the lakeside. The breakfast selection was also quite varied. I'll choose to stay here again next time I visit Dali.

Right as I reached the entrance with my luggage, a young man came out to greet me. He enthusiastically took my bags, and I felt a little awkward walking behind him empty-handed. The room wasn't huge, but it was very tidy. The sheets looked freshly changed, no wrinkles, and none of that stuffy smell. The window was open a crack, letting in a cool breeze. It was incredibly quiet at night. I had worried about soundproofing, but I slept soundly until morning. Breakfast was rice noodles with minced meat sauce. The sauce was fragrant but not greasy, and the noodles were slippery. It came with a small dish of fried mushrooms on the side, with no overpowering spices, just the natural taste of the ingredients – very comforting. When I left, the same young man escorted me to my ride. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance.
