This Treasure B&B is fantastic! The environment is elegant, and the service is very attentive and thoughtful! Best of all, the owner is a professional photographer and helped me take some amazing photos for free! I'm so grateful to have found such a great B&B!
Best one that we stayed for the trip. *The photos don’t do it justice.
We have booked the entire villa for 8 pax, and it exceeded our expectations. We were in awed by the the facilities and the services provided by the host.
The host is very friendly and hospitable, we had some hiccups while trying to book meituan (food delivery app, similar to Uber/Grab) and the host came to our villa in the middle of the night to help us settle.
Tip 1: You will need a China phone number to book, just get the number from the host and they will inform you when the delivery has reached.
Tip 2: Add them on WeChat prior arrival to coordinate with them.
There was another issue (despite after their operating hour), they responded very quickly when someone accidentally locked themselves out of the room, so we had to get the host to come in with the master card to open the door, in the middle of the night when it’s freezing cold.
There are 4 levels (all rooms come with en-suite bathroom)
B2 - 1 big room, with big courtyard
B1 - 2 rooms, 1 with balcony, 1 without. There is also a mahjong room & entertainment room.
L1.1 - 1 big room, with balcony
L1.2 - Common Area, with laundry room, kitchen.
L2 - 1 big room, rooftop with tea house overlooking the sea
We highly recommend this place, we had so much fun and will definitely come back again.
Compared with the ancient city, this place is quieter, the environment is particularly good, the bed and supplies are particularly comfortable, the sunset is beautiful, the family room I lived in this time was great, the adults and children were very happy, the boss was very caring, the breakfast arranged was delicious, I wanted to stay for one more day, but unfortunately the trip was in a hurry, the boss personally drove the plane, Awesome

We recently stayed at a hotel in Dali, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The room was simply unbeatable – spacious, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable. The view from the room was breathtaking, offering stunning vistas that truly enhanced the overall experience.
The breakfast provided each morning was delightful, with a wide range of fresh and delicious options. I also thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea, a perfect touch for a relaxing break during the day. The hotel went above and beyond by offering snacks along with the afternoon tea, and I especially loved the midnight cookie and milk – such a cozy, thoughtful addition.
The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, always eager to assist with any requests. It was clear they prioritized guest satisfaction, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay in Dali, I highly recommend this hotel – it truly exceeded my expectations in every way.
Generally speaking, the price/performance ratio is not high. I will not stay in the villa again next time. The renovated rooms are sincerely compared to professional hotels. There is an obvious difference in design. The bathrooms are not separated from dry and wet rooms. One room in the family room has a door and the other does not. One of the bedrooms has a roof. The glass skylight is equipped with a layer of blinds. It is bright at 6 or 7 o'clock every morning. It is recommended to wear an eye mask when sleeping.
There are very few breakfast choices. The boss makes rice noodles, porridge, steamed buns, etc. The taste is average. There may not be many people like me who eat dry food in the morning. In contrast, rice noodles and sweet potatoes are recommended. But the key problem is that the boss does not restrict the guests. Smoking in the breakfast restaurant... I took my baby to another group of guests and smoked four cigarettes at each other, making them speechless.
The overall cleanliness of the entire B&B is quite good. However, residents are not prohibited from smoking, causing the corridors, lobby and stairs to smell of smoke. I suggest the owner to ban smoking in the future, otherwise he will not accept family orders.
Finally, the biggest highlight is the many succulents planted by the boss, which are still very beautiful! Attached are some photos. The last one is a photo of Erhai Lake taken from the room with the best view on the top floor. I think it’s OK.
The hotel environment and facilities are really amazing. The photos are taken with the original camera, without beauty filters. In one word, beautiful! There are so many additional services, such as airport shuttle, hearty breakfast, exquisite afternoon tea, and warm goodnight drinks. The most important thing is that the front desk service brothers and sisters are very nice and considerate. The facilities in the room are also superb. The disposable bath towels are very thick coral fleece, Dyson hair dryer, home slippers, etc. Anyway, it is highly recommended and will definitely not be a disappointment!
The five of us booked two rooms and stayed for a total of three nights. The boss and his wife drove two cars to pick us up. It was about 20 minutes away from the high-speed rail station. They were very enthusiastic and introduced scenic spots and travel guides. The guides for food, drink and entertainment were very comprehensive. It was a bit high to live in the villa area on the mountain, but it was convenient to take a taxi to go anywhere and it was also convenient to order takeout. The hotel service was very good, clean and sanitary, and the sense of space was also very good, especially the sea view, which was super good. The breakfast provided by the boss was also delicious, and it is worth recommending to relatives and friends!
Cons:
1. Poor Wi-Fi and data coverage.
2. I booked a 270-degree ocean view room, but one side faced a residential building, and most of that side was occupied by a TV. The room amenities were average, and there was no computer desk.
3. The hotel's exterior looked like it had been converted from a residential building.
4. Due to the large number of guests, there were not enough elevators, and waits were long.
5. The robot that delivered my belongings was broken during my stay, and if it was too crowded, I would have to wait in line for 40 minutes, and then take the elevator downstairs to get my belongings.
6. The hotel's handling of guests' personal belongings was unprofessional. I left my belongings with the courier upon checkout and left a message, but the staff couldn't find them at first and even pulled out a bunch of luggage that didn't belong to me for the courier to retrieve.
7. The elevator was very difficult to wait for during peak evening check-in times. I suspect this is a tour group hotel, so I wouldn't recommend it for solo travelers.
Pros:
1. The room was quite large.
2. The view from the top floor was great.
3. Once, when I couldn't get takeout downstairs, the staff brought it to me.
4. Fruit and milk were provided during my stay.
Summary: Poor facilities, but okay service.
The room was spotless, and the bathroom was completely mold-free, which we really appreciated. The views were fantastic; we could admire Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake directly from our room. The lobby also offered breathtaking views, and we even met Saipan, an incredibly cute resident cat. We were so envious of Saipan, just lounging around all day, soaking in those gorgeous views! Our hostess was incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. She even helped look after our child when they were playing in the lobby – truly above and beyond! The location is incredibly convenient for transit, being very close to the airport and not far from the high-speed rail station. The breakfast was also delicious, and our entire family was completely satisfied.
The sea view room in the homestay is very elegant, the view from the terrace upstairs is very good, and the price-performance ratio is very good. The proprietress is also very honest. She recommended me places to buy fireworks and eat, which are both cheap and good. During the chat, she also introduced many local tourist attractions. But we only have two days to play. Next time I come to Dali, I will follow the proprietress to pick mushrooms in the mountains and take a hot spring bath.

GGuest User”The best decision I made on this trip to Dali was choosing the ocean view room at their B&B! It was absolutely amazing in every way. Extremely comfortable.
➡️ View: Lying in bed, Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake are your backdrop, and the sunsets are breathtakingly beautiful. It was a shame I didn't see the sunrise a bit early, but the rooftop is stunning, and the camping lantern is perfect for photos.”
➡️ Room: The ocean view room is incredibly well-designed, with a smart toilet and quality details throughout. Soaking in the bathtub and gazing at the ocean is so relaxing.
➡️ Service from the owners: The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. Upon arrival, they helped with our luggage, rented a car, and followed up to avoid any pitfalls. They also helped plan our itinerary and were incredibly thoughtful and warm. They even made coffee upon arrival and thoughtfully made two cups to take away when we went out. They also recommended delicious restaurants, and none of them were disappointing. These were the two most satisfying meals I had in Dali.
➡️ Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. Even more conveniently, they even had samples of the shower gel and shampoo. It was incredibly clean!
If you're looking for a top-notch ocean view room with no disappointments, this is the right place!
GGuest UserThe homestay I stayed at this time was really beyond expectations! There are a lot of flowers planted in the courtyard, there is a leisure tea room, the terrace is facing the Bohai Sea, the view is excellent, the sunset is simply too healing!
The design of the room is very exquisite, clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding is comfortable like sleeping in a cloud. The room has a small balcony, three or five friends drink tea, happiness is bursting!
The landlord's service is also very intimate, the communication is smooth, he gave a lot of local play and food recommendations, and also sent a gift of flower cakes. I will definitely choose here again next time I come to Dali, and I highly recommend it to all friends who want to relax on vacation!
CCCyoule🌊 Dali Erhai's New Favorite! Head Straight from the Airport to this Sunset Lake View Resort!
✨ **Unbeatable Location:** Just a 10-minute drive from Dali Airport, with complimentary shuttle service – a lifesaver for travelers! Newly opened, the facilities are sparkling clean and brand new, and it's wonderfully peaceful and uncrowded.
🌅 **Breathtaking Lake Views:** The terrace directly overlooks Erhai Lake, and with floor-to-ceiling windows and smart curtains, you'll wake up to the shimmering water! The common areas are impeccably designed, featuring white walls, lush greenery, and infinity views – every snap is picture-perfect! 📸
🏡 **Smart Living:** The entire room is smart-controlled, making everything super convenient – voice-activated lights and AC, even the toilet is smart! The bedding is incredibly soft, and the window-side bathtub offers maximum relaxation. Utterly therapeutic! 💯
💡 **Insider Tips:** The rooftop terrace is a must-visit, especially at sunset – the views are absolutely breathtaking! The butler service is wonderfully attentive, and the breakfast rice noodles are incredibly authentic.
👉 **Overall:** This is a hidden gem offering fantastic value for money. It's an absolute must for a girlfriends' getaway or a romantic escape – just book it! (Can't recommend enough!)
GGuest UserThe room in this inn is a surprise. The overall focus is on Moroccan style + French cream + medieval fusion style, which is very tonal. The owner did it very carefully, many details, the newly renovated room, from retro tiles to velvet curtains, from flavonoid glass lights to bedside hanging paintings, bathroom hardware and soundproof windows, all reflect delicate and careful thought. The breakfast is very rich every day, the owner is warm and slightly sloppy, and the family is particularly good. There is also an invincible sea view terrace, which is super suitable for taking beautiful photos. In addition, there is a white holiday swimming pool that is being decorated and built, full of exotic customs... I look forward to 😚 I will come to live next time ~
GGuest UserThe boss is very nice and the service is enthusiastic. He really responds to every request. I really like the room, which is very clean. I am very satisfied with the large outdoor terrace. The view of Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain is particularly good. It is on the top floor and you can see the whole view of Erhai Lake. There are many succulents planted on the forum. There is also a tea table in the living room. The boss also provides tea sets and tea. It is so comfortable to drink tea and look at the beautiful scenery during the break. The transportation here is also very convenient. The boss can rent a car and charter a car. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to the scenic spots, but it is still recommended to drive by yourself or charter a car, so that it is more comfortable to go out and play! I feel that living here is much more comfortable than living in the ancient city. It is also close to the high-speed rail station. I will stay here again next time I come!
GGuest UserThe hotel is very good. We were two girls staying there. The owner contacted us two days before to confirm the information and send us the location. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a fruit basket. My friend suddenly had her period, so the owner gave us some female supplies. The hotel has afternoon tea and breakfast services. We were in a hurry and had a quick bite. The hotel also has airport pick-up and drop-off services. We took a 9 o'clock car to Lijiang the next morning, but the car happened to be sent for repairs. However, the owner called a taxi for us and reimbursed the fare. It was really good! A very sincere store. And the scenery of the hotel is very good~
GGuest UserThe living environment here is very good, suitable for people who slow down to travel in Dali, come to change the room that was set before, upgrade to a sea view room, we rest in the room in the afternoon, look at the sea, and eat some food on the terrace at sunset. The boss said that let us be the same as home, it is indeed like this, You can wash clothes and eat fruit. You can relax and drink tea on the first floor. The key is that there is also a pick-up service. The boss personally picked us up at Dali Station. This also has battery car and car rental services. The boss recommended it very reliable. Stayed for two nights, the experience is excellent, I will recommend staying here next time or have friends come!
XXingxingdaoyu✨No one appreciates Xianyun's charm more than I do! My mom and I stayed in Dali for four days, and unfortunately, it rained the entire time, only clearing up on our check-out day – figures! So we pretty much spent every day at the hotel, which was no problem at all thanks to their fantastic value-added services. Every staff member we met in the lobby was incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us about everything under the sun. The local restaurants they recommended were all absolutely delicious; they're true connoisseurs of local cuisine!
They offer private airport/train station transfer services, and we received welcome fruit upon arrival. It happened to be my birthday month, and they even surprised me with a small cake on short notice – I bet it would have looked even better if I'd ordered it a day in advance! They also provide breakfast, afternoon tea, evening dessert soup, and free professional photo retouching for 3 photos. On a side note, for breakfast, I ordered rice noodles all four days (though other main dishes were available). The rice noodles were truly delicious, and the pickled radish? Absolutely out of this world!
From the tall, fair-skinned young woman and the big-eyed, bubbly young woman, to the quick-thinking young man with slightly curly hair, the incredibly warm-hearted gentleman who also used to work in Beijing, and the calm, steady driver – every staff member greeted us with a cheerful smile. Their genuine warmth and positive energy truly made our stay special.
To all friends planning a trip here, don't worry about cloudy or rainy days. As they say, 'after the rain, comes the rainbow,' and all your anticipation will be well worth it. There's always beautiful scenery along the way. 🤓
GGuest UserFacilities: There is a smart toilet, a large bathtub, and the water in the shower is very comfortable.
Hygiene: Very clean and the room smells good.
Environment: There is a separate balcony where you can see Erhai Lake. The Erhai fishing lights are very beautiful at night, like the Milky Way.
Service: The lady is very considerate, warm and thoughtful.
ZZuexiangtuixiuThe hotel is close to the roadside. My room faced the road. Although there was a bit of a view, there was still a slight noise in the morning with the windows closed (like the sound of a car horn).
Maybe it was a newly opened hotel. We were basically the only ones staying that night. We upgraded the room type and contacted the front desk or service through WeChat. When I left the next day, I left my room card at the front desk, which was more self-service.
There are voice-activated and smart toilets, and there are several small restaurants downstairs. It takes about 10 minutes to take a taxi to the airport (no traffic jams), but it takes at least half an hour to take a taxi to Dali Ancient Town.
