It’s a very good hotel for the price. They have a lot of amenities but the pool was closed the entire stay.

Poor customer service, dirty carpet, no towels, lack of amenities, no bath soaps, shampoo. They only serve waffle and coffee for breakfast.

While traveling with 3 kids, they put us in a room with no tv. The phone didn’t work, stains on the carpet, didn’t even have coffee ready by 7 am. I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for. Beds were comfortable though.

I was so frustrated, i didn't even think to take photos.
The ac unit is in the window, and was obnoxiously loud in the first room.
Second room had door propped open upon arrival as if somebody had been in there and was coming back.
They say they have a breakfast, but instead, they have a cheap coffee available 24/7 (as if that makes up for thr lack of food, and price for staying).

1) They never said the property was under construction when we booked. 2) The room we got was on the 3rd floor with all the construction and no A/C. 3) The room we got was PreOccupied, someones stuff was in the room.4) When we got another room on 2nd floor the key didnt work, went back 2x before key worked. 5) Shower head was clogged and drippy with hardly no pressure and the towels were scratchy. when we asked for more towels, they said they were all the same and thats all they had. 6) The next evening after we got back from activities, our keys didnt work again. We went back 3x before key worked again...Over all, the worst experience at a hotel, with the worst customer service ever!! and They asked for $100 deposit which was not stated or required, when we booked room...

In my room, the AC unit didn't work, and I smelled gas coming from it, the Telephone didn't work, and I heard a banging from the Ice machine all night and it didn't have free breakfast.

The hotel did not have a sign outside and was very difficult to find in the dark. There was a small street number. The hotel was under reconstruction. No food was available. I asked for a hairdryer twice and never received one. Room was not cleaned after the second night. No fresh linens. No coffee replacement. Found 3 small roaches on the floor and wall. Paid an extra $50 to guarantee the room would be left in good condition. Have not been reimbursed??

There was no breakfast no pool. The place needs to be closed and under construction. Until it’s finished and brought it on the 2000 It has great potential but it needs a lot of work and it wasn’t ready when I was there. Very disappointing.
