While most of the staff is friendly don’t bother booking rooms with refrigerators they aren’t there and sometimes lights aren’t working and tv remotes are missing

Room was filthy, shower, floors, table, towels dingy, sheets dingy, and desk manager rude and unhelpful. Travelocity should remove them as a choice.

The property was old, rundown, and in a general poor state of disrepair. Doors not closing properly, loose fitting windows, stale dingy smell, etc.

The pictures of the property on ******* showed an inexpensive clean motel. The front desk was open, clean and nice. In reality, the staff was behind plexiglas, the room was a shambles with tv cords and phone cords from the walls and the furniture was torn and dirty. Totally a misrepresentation.

This was not the motel as advertised. Registration was incredibly slow, there was no easily way to get to the room and it was very loud in the corridors.

This place is not at all like the pictures... This is a $50 a night hotel pretending to be a nice hotel.... avoid unless no other options are available.

This property was disgusting they gave me a room that was already occupied a new room smelled like mold and basement the property looked horrendous over all nothin like the pictures posted dont ever stay here EVER I didn’t even stay I left and asked for a full refund
