I was upset when checking in because the hotel clerk said the hot tub and pool were closed because of an issue with the city. I was truly looking forward to relaxing and using these amenities, that is why I booked this hotel. The clerk offered to cancel my reservation but I that means I would have to search for a new hotel last minute which is usually unlikely on a Saturday night, let alone that I have my 84 year old mother with me who was tired from the trip. The next morning, the Continental breakfast featured cold eggs, disgusting sausage patties and no butter for toast or cream cheese for a bagel. The worker didn't even have the courtesy to check in the back for these items. It's funny because they were there Monday morning. The room's beds were comfortable but the couch was terribly hard and like sitting on a concrete slab.

It was unfortunate that they had an issue with the pool and it was down the entire 2 night stay. We specifically pick the hotel because it had an indoor pool. Breakfast was excellent.

Disappointed in spring hill suites, the pool wasn't open, we should get notice about construction, the pool not operating. Desk clerk waS far from friendly, didng even raise her head to say hello. The complimentary breakfast was very busy and not maintained. Will not return to spring hill and i stay here quite often.

We stayed 1 night before an appoin**ent in Boston the next day. Was easy to get to with plenty of choices to eat around. Was greeted as we were walking in by a very pleasant woman. Gave us all the information we needed to know and some. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great!!! Bed was amazing!! Breakfast was okay. My only complaint would be there was no regular black tea, several other choices, but black tea is my “coffee”. Next time I would bring my own. Would definitely stay again. Easy commute into city and not far from airport.

We literally found pee on the toilet seat and bathroom floor of our room. Calls to the front desk and guest services went unanswered. I finally went to look for anyone working the front desk and found the guy outside talking with his buddy while the desk phone rang unanswered. He finally came in and switched us to a new room.

We stayed there while visiting my kids. We were told about the construction. We didn’t have a luggage bench in the room, a dresser or even a light bulb in the lamp. At breakfast, I had to ask every day for butter- the worker kept insisting that margarine was butter. They also closed the fitness room the day after we arrived. I get they needed to do renovations- but I specifically asked about the gym during check in and no one mentioned that it would close
