Beautiful hotel to stay

Generally it was a lovely experience. The hotel is clean, the staff were friendly and it was situated in a nice location. I will surely come back again in future.

One of the worst hotels ever. I have never seen such a bad hotel in my life. I traveled and stay in more than 100 hotels but this one is the worst. The rooms were bad, no cleaning, there were spiders in the room, and sever bad smell. Strongly not recommended.

The rooms are simple, but in relation to other prices in the region, it is worth the cost x benefit.

Very bad staff irrespetuous, never respect me and my friend and we had to pay money to make early check and never I paid for that in other hotel… we didn’t sleepy the other night and we were thinking that going at 7-8 am the staff we let me go to the room but no, only repeat me the check in is at 2 and told me that’s pay 70 pounds to go early… There was a girl working and she always laughed at us, I would not like to see her working there again....

Location was poor was good value for money the bar and restaurant was exceptional ample parking friendly staff spacious rooms

Great stay clean room. Quiet comfy beds and a peaceful nights sleep

It's not ideal if like me, you visit by train, But its clean and comfortable, and not expensive.

Nice quiet area with small lake behind the hotel...close to Asda and Bluewater shopping center

Hitting system is not good

Not too bad. I will try again. Good location and not too bad staff. The staff was helpful when i needed help

We liked the room it very big

Very unhappy about the hotel room was unclean no wifi the window wasn’t opening up so the temperature of the room was very hot
