It’s the first time I’ve encountered a hotel with only window screens but no curtains, which means you can just get up and check out when the sun comes out😓 Although the hotel is relatively large in size in the local area, all the facilities are old and full of veteran cadre style. The most bizarre thing is that there are no curtains, only window screens. It is accompanied by the light of street lamps at night and the sun wakes up in the morning. In total, I can't sleep well. 5 hours. The most irritating thing is that although Ctrip contacted the hotel and had pictures and the truth, the hotel never apologized from the beginning to the end and did not take the customers seriously at all. This kind of hotel that does not treat customers as human beings will decisively block the hotel. Recommended to stay!

The carpets in this hotel haven't been changed in a few years. There were still bugs in the slippers late at night. The security guard said they were just bug shells and they were fine.

I booked a four-night stay in this hotel. Because the rooms assigned for the first, second and third nights were not air-conditioned and the bed was too soft, which caused me backache and back pain, I had to change rooms. So yesterday I went to the front room to change rooms. This time The front desk lady named Kenda was very attentive and understood my problem. She specially arranged for me to stay in 1101 and hoped that I would be satisfied. She knows how to listen carefully to my problems and solve them, which is worthy of praise.

The service is extremely poor. The location of the breakfast room and elevator was not informed when checking in. Not easy to find. I started calling before it was time to leave the store, looking arrogant. The service attitude is amazing. . .

Because there was no ventilation in the house, the bedding was damp and the room had a smell. Bedding is uncomfortable

The front desk service was very good, but the car was scratched in the hotel parking lot, which left an impression that I didn't want to go there. The accommodation environment was average.
