Ikos Dassia

The resort is beautiful, clean and well organised. The restaurants are varied and the choice is excellent. The staff are very well trained, friendly and caring. It really is an impressive set up where everyone wants you to have the very best. Juliana, our concierge was particularly impressive, she gave us lots of advice and helped us with special requests, nothing was too much trouble for her.

Service absolutely outstanding from the moment you arrive to even after you’ve left. Food superb throughout and amazing facilities including at least eight swimming pools. All staff brilliant. Our personal concierge, Juliana, was out of this world and helped us arrange meals, boat trips, Tesla for the day, transfer back to the airport etc

There are many delicious restaurants to choose from and the facilities are fantastic. There are countless pools, a spacious gym, and many sports on offer, including water skiing, tennis , table tennis, football, basketball and beach volleyball. There are great tennis coaches and gym instructors. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed by Napoleon, Achilles, Phoebus,(from the sports centre), Theodoros, Johana,(from the restaurants) and Eleni(from the reception). We recommend Ikos Dassia highly.

The hotel was lovely our departure spoilt by having to part company with €100 wealth tax as we left the hotel. Actually, I hold Jet2 responsible for this as had they told us at the moment of booking that the holiday wasn't fully inclusive as we had to pay to get out of the hotel we would not have booked the holiday in the first place. I call it a wealth tax because if you stay in a 5 star, you pay more than a 4, even less in a 3 star and so on. I used the same amount of water and utilities that I would have in a 2 star, so the only conclusion is that if I can afford the holiday that I booked then therefore I am wealthy and deserve to be punished with more tax. I won't be returning out of principle.

Ikos Dassia in Corfu exceeded all our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. The property is stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens and direct access to a pristine beach. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-appointed, with fantastic views of the Ionian Sea. The dining options are diverse and delicious, with several restaurants offering a range of cuisines. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the all-inclusive nature meant we could indulge without worry. We loved the variety of activities available, from water sports to evening entertainment. The pools were immaculate, and the beach service was exceptional. Ikos Dassia is perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a luxurious and carefree vacation. We will definitely be returning!

My husband and I have just returned from one of the best holidays we have had in 22 years and it’s all thanks to the hard working and amazing staff at Ikos Dassia. The location is certainly stunning and the resort has enough adult only areas to ensure a peaceful and tranquil stay for couples without spoiling family fun for others. However, it really the people at Ikos Dassia that make it a truly special destination. From the gardeners who tend the immaculate grounds, the cleaning staff who keep the public and private areas spotless, the service staff who go above and beyond to make everyone’s stay that much more pleasurable to the guys on the beach who rake the sand every evening - you have our utmost gratitude and appreciation! A few special individual thanks (and apologies if I’ve spelt the names incorrectly): Alexandros (aka Mr JW!) at the Sky Main Bar - you are a consummate professional and a credit to Ikos Dassia. Thank you for anticipating our every need, it was a pleasure to visit the bar at the end of each evening for a nightcap. Juliana our personal concierge - I know we never met personally but your daily updates and assistance throughout our stay were much appreciated. Many thanks also to you and your chef for organising a special cake for my husband’s birthday - it was delicious! Maria at Fresco Restaurant - your smile and positivity made the start of each day a joy - thank you. Andre & Donatello at the Adults Only Beach - Thank you so much for looking after us each day and making our time on the beach an absolute delight. A shout out to the towel guys too (they didn’t wear name badges so they are still a mystery!) Nena & Giorgia at Ergon Restaurant - Thank you so much for making our visits a highlight of our holiday. Our introduction to one of the best wines in Greece (in my opinion) was a revelation on Day 1 and you continued to make us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay - very much appreciated. We don’t normally visit the same place twice. However, in the case of Ikos Dassia, we are planning to make an exception and will be back if not next year, certainly in 2026! Once again, thank you to everyone and if you are sitting on the fence about whether Ikos Dassia is for you - book it, you won’t regret it.

We had the best family holiday here, the room and facilities are fantastic. We were really impressed by the food and restaurants. We took a boat for the day from Corfu Boat hire which was a highlight of the holiday. Maria, Nico and there team were extremely thorough with their safety and briefing. The cost was very reasonable too. Couldn’t recommend them more, a real must do!

Another amazing trip to the Ikos! We went to the Dassia one this time and had a wonderful experience. Karin & Juliana from guest services were amazing at looking after us, everyday they messaged to see how they could help! We have booked Kos for next year :)

Overall this was a great hotel, I have ranked it compared to the other ikos we've visited. The positives - the sea is very sheltered so you can take advantage of the various water activities, the location is beautiful for sunrise, the sunset cruise is fantastic. The grounds are beautiful - best of all ikos we've been to - and the facilities overall are good. But other ikos have sold themselves on the special experience, built around the staff. This is what's kept us coming back annually since 2017. We felt it lacking at the dassia, one staff member said how tired they were - I want them to be paid and resourced adequately, and I worried they weren't here. I hope this brand looks after their employees, they are the backbone of the ikos; as the company grows this is what they need to focus on.
