Four Points by Sheraton Deadwood Reviews

Was at the Sturgis rally and was situated right in the action on Main street. Had easy free parking and a very nice and clean room.

Great location. Very comfortable beds. Service was good and great food

If you have a disability or ay mobility issues at all this is not the hotel for you. There is no handicap parking at the hotel, just shared parking a few blocks away. There is a valet service, but they had gone for the day when I arrived. To add insult to injury, even after asking about handicap parking options, the room they gave me was at the very end of the hotel, which is a block long. The hotel itself is fine, but people with disabilities need to find other accommodations in Deadwood.

Very nice hotel. Will definitely stay there every time we go. Went for our sons 21st birthday had the best time. Great staff very clean and just overall the nicest hotel I’m deadwood!

Had so much fun in the attached ****** as well as along the main street. * Dusty was awesome helping me get a place to park since the main garage parking was full. First time stay at this hotel, very nice staff and room. I was a little bummed that the food court area was under construction, but look forward to seeing the completd project. I came for a last minute getaway.

Property was very nice, comfortable beds, clean room. Only complaint was parking. Establishment charges $20 per night for parking. The parking garage was full so we had to park a block away. The first parking lot attendant was very responsive and gave us rides to our vehicle. Upon checkout the parking attendant at that time was not good. Had to walk to retrieve our vehicle, did not help with our bags or even respond to us when we left. When you pay for parking on top of the normal rate I expected a little better.

Parking is $20 but very nice attendant who offered a golf cart ride to go places. Didn’t need because almost everything's is walkable. Quiet room. Fun activities on main floor. Enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The hotel is great, but the highway noise was a bit loud early in the morning for sleeping in!

the shower was not hot the floors are thin, could hear the people above us walking around

Very nice, clean and comfortable! Staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. Can’t wait to come back!

We were accused of stealing, making someone feel uncomfortable and being loud and obnoxious when we were sitting quietly in the lobby. Hotel staff have no skills to resolve conflict. Police were called. Accused us of the following above and did nothing after reviewing the security footage. Poor staff skills, just don’t engage with them and your stay will be great. We did end up leaving the hotel after. We don’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable! Still waiting on a refund, keep getting the run around.

Staff is very polite and professional. I appreciate the cleanliness, comfort of the bedding, and the amazing hot shower :)

The establishment should list that there is parking available for a 20.00 fee per night. Hidden fees.
