我也納酒店是我常住酒店，一直都覺得服務態度很好，環境不錯，這次沒有訂的是維也納酒店，這個妹妹的服務態度都很好，環境那也很好，房間頭的衞生也打掃得乾乾淨淨，感覺得賓至如歸，非常不錯的，值得推薦。

酒店很新，房間佈局合理、温馨。大堂典雅、氣派。酒店工作人員熱情、服務態度好，尤其是前台和客房的工作人員。我們是第一次來德昌，主動為我們介紹德昌吃的特色及旅遊景點。令人感動的是還有接、送站服務。我們去的那天客房汪主管開車來接我們，擔心我們找不到車，還親自步行到車站台階上接我們。送站的小肖妹妹是前台工作人員，人美、動作麻利、有親和力。點贊👍

設施：硬件設施很到位
衞生：整個房間乾淨整潔
環境：酒店的位置很好，整體環境也滿意
服務：酒店前台的服務非常的到位，特別是工號007的那位。
第2次入住了，這次回來專門又來他們家，酒店的各方面都很好，老闆人也很好，上次入住的時候還開車送我去高鐵站，酒店的前台還準備了很多生活小物件，比如説：一次性馬桶墊、擦眼鏡用的酒精布、牙線等等。不管是商務出差還是情侶出遊，都是不錯的選擇，出門左拐三分鐘，就是高速入口，非常方便！推薦入住！德昌的天氣真的很好，高鐵站拍了兩張照片，非常的通透！

酒店位置很好，下了高速右轉兩分鐘就到，前台服務很熱情，酒店很新！房間佈置得當！乾淨衞生無異味！全智能房間，而且WiFi網絡的網速非常的流暢，對於我們這種出門需要辦公的，就感覺特別的友善！必須要提一下的事，酒店老闆汪總還親自開車送我到高鐵站，在此特別感謝一下！以後來德昌，都住你家。

第一次住到那麼差的維也納，本來就是沖到這個牌子選擇的，房間我定的時候是寫有窗户，在三樓，並且花積分給升級房間，給我開到5樓不説了，你看這個叫窗户？正對住宅樓，不到1米的距離。更搞笑的是，房間走廊那個感應燈，半夜突然自己亮了又滅，滅了又亮，把我和我老公嚇慘了，啥子設施，太垃圾了
