A beautiful hotel on the banks of holy Ganga. The road outside the hotel is narrow and can give you a wrong impression of the hotel. But, as soon as you enter and greeted by the staff, beyond the huge wooden doors is a beautiful, clean and peaceful hotel. It looks and feels like a palace. Checkin and check out were smooth, you are introduced to various activities available in the hotel, including various pujas conducted at different time of the day (the evening Ganga Aarti is beautiful). There were a few standout staff that made us very comfortable, Arvind Soni, Hariom, Chef Uday from F&B, Arvind from activities, the entire house keeping staff for doing a fabulous job behind the scene, the front gate welcoming staff. Ganga snan is right at the property with clean changing rooms adjacent to it, the restaurant on the terrace serves some delicious pizzas and mocktails (the hotel serves vegetarian dishes only and NO alcohol), hi tea is served every evening with unlimited snacks, there is a very nice spa on the first floor. We had a very pleasant stay with lots to do in and around the hotel. 3 cheers for the staff.

I will like to thank the whole team for hosting us over the weekend. We had a wonderful experience, especially at the restaurant. The chef and everybody at the service were simply superb. Cant wait to come again and again and again . Place is special and whole team makes it Divine

I loved the hotel experience as the bed was as comfortable as home and similarly the in room dining was like home cooked food. Dev and Sheetal are amazing people u have. Amazing experience in this hotel. From food to hospitality to scenic views. We got to do personal aarti at the banks of river Ganga within the hotel itself. A big thanks to He***t, Arvind (Restaurant) and Arvind Negi (tour guide). The buffet spread is also very good. Thank you to the amazing staff. We had an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The entire staff are very polite and helping. What stands out is their private Ganga bathing ghat and the bhajans recitals during high tea. It just gives a divine feeling. Really appreciate that they arrange to send a guide with us for the evening Harki Paud Aarti.

Our stay in Pilibhit House was made a very memorable one by the entire team led by Mr. Jitendra, Mr. He***t and Ms. Nikita at the front desk and the crew in the restaurant comprising Ms. Priya and Ms. Parvesh. The legendary Taj hospitality was experienced in abundance and Mr. Prashant and his team even exceeded that. Words really fail to describe the kindness, customer focus and treating the hotel guests as family members that was shown by the entire Pilibhit House team. It was an experience that was unlike any other that we’ve had in the past, even surpassing my experience at Ram Bagh Palace Hotel in Jaipur. The Ganga aarti performed at the private ghat of the hotel as well as other pujas such as Navagraha puja by the inhouse priests were totally divine. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Room service staff as well as housekeeping staff were thoroughly professional. The warmth, courtesy and care shown by all the staff at Pilibhit House was extraordinary. There was never any moment that we felt that they needed to improve on anything. Thank you all at the Pilibhit House - we will certainly stay at your property the next time we’re in Haridwar!!

First stay at hotel Pilhibit, and a great experience.The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room. Good breakfast and tasty dinner at rooftop asian cuisine restaurant as we say “Good food is a good mood.” I will never forget your two staff name Hariom and Disha They are very cooperative , humble and nice to my family at rooftop restaurant. Pilibhit House is an experience in itself ! Our Haridwar visit became more memorable due to our stay at Pilibhit house! From decor, ambience and vibe everything is simply heart warming ! What makes Pilibhit house more special is the team of staff there ! From reception staff He***t ji, ***ager Jitendraji,Nikita ji and dinning staff - Priyaji, Pravesh ji and ***y others whose names I cannot recollect … the warmth of the staff is beyond any customer service I have experienced so far! They work with their heart and go beyond their boundaries to make you feel so much at home ! The food is excellent and not like oily and same old Punjabi curries that we are served everywhere in the name of Indian food ! The Ganga Aarti in the evening and puja in the mornings makes your heart contended 💕 Pilibhit house is something one should experience once if you are in Haridwar !
