South River Residences

This is a great 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment located in a very well lit and secure building in downtown Denver. It’s very near a grocery store, Starbucks, liquor store, and several restaurants- all within walking distance! It’s also very close to Union Station and Coors Field. I loved the designated spot inside the parking garage that is also secure and well lit. The apartment is very spacious and has all the equipment you need to cook, enjoy coffee in the morning and relax in the evening. Fortunately, I brought my own hair dryer as there wasn’t one but the bathrooms and closets were huge! Having a fridge with water and ice plus having a washer/dryer in the unit was also nice. On the downside, it’s near a busy street and train tracks so it is a bit noisy but if you use a sound machine to sleep or if noise doesn’t bother you, you should be ok. We didn’t have any trouble sleeping as the bed was very comfortable and my husband and I both slept well. We are so glad we found this apartment as it is now our favorite place to stay when we’re visiting our kids! For a stay downtown, the value is hard to beat.

Great location and Clayton was awesome to work with. His instructions on how to get there were great. Every question we had, he would reply so fast, it was so helpful! The Condo was clean and spacious. It would have been helpful to have a few more towels. It was really quiet even though it was near train tracks . Would highly recommend.
