總體來説設計還不錯，但是服務還是——需要好好加強。
管理上太像一個售樓處，和專業的服務型酒店比起來這個部分會有一些不如意。設計，景觀和房間內，都挺好的。

昨天入住郡安裏懸泳度假村，體驗感不錯。第一，有貼心的管家24小時服務，而且非常親切，很有耐心。第二，住過那麼多酒店第一次感受到懸空泳池的刺激。第三，餐廳美食也很好吃，都是當季的新鮮食材。第四，酒店配套設施很齊全，越野車、户外泳池都已經體驗，非常棒，我建議一定要坐越野車到山頂樹屋去喝一杯咖啡或者飲料，眺望整個莫幹山，瞬間讓煩惱拋擲腦後，吸入清新的空氣，沁人心脾，心曠神怡。所以懸泳酒店是個不錯的選擇，你們也來嘗試一下吧。

評論你就寫：很開心兒子為我和閨蜜預訂的房間，我們是來莫幹山找大學同學，很多年沒有見了，大家聚在一起，當天晚上的時候還打了麻將。第二天還去開了越野車，我覺得出來旅行不應該受年齡的限制，而應該趁年輕去很多的好玩的地方，關鍵是這個地方有曾經一起遊玩的夥伴。來到懸泳酒店，整一個人都覺得輕鬆很多，是一個養人的地方。這邊還有售樓部，我們閨蜜之間在討論是否買一套，就當自己養老的地方，擁有屬於自己的度假村。我們也留了售樓部的電話。我覺得我們還要再聚一次。

莫幹山的“小馬代”，最棒的是延伸向户外的觀景陽台，可以坐在外面眺望遠山喝杯紅酒。閑來無事翻閲書籍，和三五好友一起共享下午茶的悠閑時光，慵懶愜意。
點名表揚這裏的管家服務，從停車場迎接到辦理入住全程微笑式服務，任何時間找管家都是秒回訊息，接駁車也很快就響應。
下一次度假還會選擇懸泳度假村👍

淡季團購的酒店套餐，三天兩晚，非常滿意，不虛此行。本身是普通的雙床房，給我們免費升級成了頂層泳池露台大床房，超大泳池就在房間外，如果夏天來直接玩水一定超級幸福！客房空間大，視野好，景色美，直接睡在湖光山色間，一起床就呼吸新鮮空氣，美好的一天開始啦。從酒店大堂會有接駁車送到房間，經過一片湖，還有沙灘，期間一直感歎為什麼我不會賺錢，沒辦法在這買一棟別墅！？據來看房的人説這邊一棟別墅一千萬起😂早餐吃的自助，種類稍微有點少，可能是因為淡季客人少的緣故，不過味道還不錯。第三天因為天氣不好客人更少，所以直接點餐做好了送我們房間的，超級多，吃了兩頓都沒吃完，小妹妹端了好多趟才搬完，辛苦小妹妹和廚師了。還玩了越野車，打了高爾夫，都是第一次，體驗感拉滿。非常感謝我的專屬酒店管家宋昶睿小哥哥，温柔耐心，各種要求都非常理解配合，半夜也及時回覆信息，人真的非常nice，還用無人機給我們拍照留念！説一點不太滿意的，就是浴室沒有放洗漱用品的地方，再優化一下就更好啦，還有自駕遊比較方便，開車出去吃飯玩樂都很近。我們去莫幹山玩了，附近也有不少高檔酒店，但是很少有湖，所以真的覺得自己定的酒店非常好，哈哈，跟小夥伴玩的住的吃的都很滿意！下次有機會再帶家人來玩😄

破破爛爛的酒店，感覺像住進了爛尾樓，什麼配套設施也沒有，房間的設備也是各種出現問題，除了管家服務還可以其他的真的都不行，超級不推薦這家酒店！在這家退房後我們去住了森泊隱竹裏，真的甩這家100條街，強烈推薦隱竹裏～
