體驗感不是很好，酒店想打造舒適商務的印象，裝修風格都還不錯，但是呢，基礎設施沒有做好，房間會有電流聲，大概是空調外機所致，房間內空調一打開，也會有不小的聲音，衹能關掉空調睡覺。不過，空調外機聲音沒辦法處理。早餐看着種類繁多，實際也沒啥可吃的，炒素菜都油很多，牛奶感覺兑了白水，還好有現煮麪條可以吃，連續幾天，都吃麪條。房間裏被子都挺乾淨的，這個可以放心。不過杯子都有茶漬，沒有洗乾淨。
定了酒店的麻將室，晚上12點前5小時80元的小包間，我們去的晚，大概衹有4小時不到，但是服務員也不會管客户的體驗感，寧可客户吃虧，也不能自己吃虧，明明有很多空餘的更大的麻將包間，但是服務員不肯用大一點的麻將房做為小房間時間不夠的補償。
幾天的旅行體驗下來，總的來説，德陽的服務行業確實比其他地方差很多，不僅是住宿行業，餐飲，休閑方面也是同樣感受到，服務行業的服務人員沒有服務的意識，秉着拿一分錢衹辦一分，甚至不到一分事的態度。

這家酒店是我在攜程上精挑細選的，到店之後雖然有些小插曲不太愉快，但是不影響我給他們很高的評價。房間是我喜歡的，尤其是飄窗部位，床也還不錯，舒適度不錯。房間面積雖然不大，但設施也比較全。很滿意。就是早餐不太好。去的也不晚，很多吃的都沒了。

定的豪華套房，結果設計靠近馬路邊，從晚上0:00-5:00都有大貨車經過，框框框一晚上。本來是預訂的婚房，為了好好休息，為了第二天美美的，結果好不容易睡着就被驚醒。但是服務態度還是多好的。

這是我住過最具性價比，服務態度最好的酒店了！房間設施和提供的各種服務還有環境就很滿意了，我吃剩的飯拿去熱的時候，廚房阿姨超好，還給我枇杷吃。還謝謝木木和君君兩位姐姐提供的幫助啦。都都都五星好評啊！

房間寬敞明亮，前台月月和珺珺服務態度很好，熱情有禮貌，附近交通便利，值得推薦的酒店，但是提一個建議，大廳請不要放音樂，或者把音樂調小一點，行政套房和大廳都在5樓，大廳放音樂可以很明顯聽到。
最後房間環境確實不錯，送了酸奶
