Les personnels sont très accueillant, la nourriture était varié par contre il y'avait une file d'attente pour les plats chauds, pour crux qui ont la formule all inclusive soft une cafétéria est à votre disposition jusqu'à 23h pour servir des boissons chaudes (Cafés, thés) et froides (Jus et boissonsgazeuses). Les chambres sont propres et le service de ménage passe chaque jour pour faire le nettoyage. Il y'avait des animations pendant la nuit. Concernant les activités sportives on a fait aquagym dans la picine avec un coach, du basket et du lancement des flèches. Il y'a deux picines et une troisième pour les petits enfants. Pour ceux qui veulent allez a la plage il faut sortir de l'hôtel et marcher 3 min et là il y'avait une parti réservée à l'hotel Venice Beach.

No mini bar ,nor a TV ( not working ) , a dirty room with a very bad smell and bugs in the wall( see the photo) , a client next to me was robbed , stuff not friendly at all , I have payed for all inclusive but the guy in the bar told me to pay for water and things! A total scam.

Le club est très bien équipé au niveau piscine, restaurant , terrasses. l’accès à la plage facile avec un plagiste très sympa. Le chef du village Abdel et son équipe ont été accueillant, attentionnés, drôles, ont respectés notre tranquillité, nos besoins. Un grand merci à Adèle et son collègue qui ont été à notre écoute pour nous conseiller sur les excursions …et sans oublier la boutique souvenirs oooooooooohhhhhh une vraie caverne d’Alibaba . C+P

Bon rapport qualité prix, etablissement bien q'ancien est parfaitement bien entretenu, grand salon de réception, 3 piscines, jardin, plage privée a 200 metres, 'hotel propose de nombreuses activités. Les repas sont bons et il ya du choix. Chambre plutôt sommaire mais très propre..personnels courtois et disponible...

Un personnel digne pour les grands hôtels palace, très compétant mais qui travaille avec un outil désuète, l'hôtel à besoin d'être rénové. Malgré tout!! Allez-y, l'ambiance est chaleureuse et j'espère de tout cœur que le personnel est bien payé.
