Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Boutique style hotel with a nice area at the rear for relaxing with a small pool. Within 5 mins of walking you’re at the water front. Can’t fault the staff, especially Ana who rescued us from the cable cars! Hotel was always super clean, great breakfast options and close to some lovely restaurants.

Hotel is clean, rooms are large, and parking is convenient right out front (next to a main road). Contrary to previous reviews - this hotel is NOT a convenient walking distance to Old Town Kotor, which according to Google Maps, is a 2.5 mile walk each way from the hotel. You will walk a lot in the Old Town once you get there, especially if you walk the walls to the top right of the Fortress. Better to drive a car from the hotel and park in a Lot near the Old Town (very affordable). Ana, who works reception at the hotel - is a gem! Very friendly and genuinely helpful in everything she does for guests. Biggest peeve I have about this hotel is that we booked a ‘Double Deluxe Room with Balcony and Sea View’. There are 3 rooms like this at the hotel. Their website showed nice direct views of the sea from this category of room. NOW - please look at this pictures I took of our room balcony, and the view from it. Yes, if you look hard enough from the very corner tip of the balcony you can see a patch of water. But I felt deceived. You be the judge - but my advice is - buyer beware!

Beautiful boutique hotel close to Kotor . We had one of the two top floor rooms with a stunning view of the bay of Kotor. The hotel is very clean and nicely designed. Also the staff, especially Ana, is very friendly. It has a pool and a jacuzzi and a restaurant.

Wonderful and very relaxing place to stay. We went there and we really enjoyed, the staff were amazing and very welcoming, the room was being cleaned every day. Breakfast choices were superb, fresh and delicious food. When we were leaving for the airport our transfer was late, the ladies from the reception were amazing in sorting our transport to the airport so we can catch our flight. Would definitely recommend it!

From the front desk to the room to the included breakfast, this hotel provides a comforting (and comfortable) experience. Rooms are modern and large, with individual balconies offering view of the Kotor Bay on one side and steep mountainsides on the other. Breakfast is served at the table (inside or outside), and is made to order. Its delicious. There is a small pool area and jacuzzi - both were rarely used. If there is a small negative, its is the lack of elevator, so yes, you'll need to schlep your suitcases a few flights of stairs.

Booked this hotel following reading such positive reviews, however was left a little disappointed. We stayed for a total of 7 nights on the bed and breakfast basis. Hotel itself was clean and tidy and the rooms lovely and spacious. However a few things could be improved on. Friendliness and service was a little bit and miss. First day the staff couldn’t of been more friendly and accommodating. However the following days this went down hill. Staff seemed put out to turn on the spa and sauna facilities. We were surprised these weren’t readily available. You would have to ask hours in advance. No tea or coffee making facilcites in the room. I felt when returning in the evenings The staff seems flustered and frustrated when asking for a hot drink. They were also charged additionally. Laundry service was advertised. Which we wanted to utilise. However our washing was left at reception for a days and never actioned. If we had known they weren’t able to facilitate we would have taken elsewhere. The hotel is a great base for those Exploring the local area by car. However we were left disappointed with the overall Stay. A little bit attention to detail and consistency from staff and we would of been made this hotel. Unfortunately we is if came short of a 4* boutique hotel.

We were recommended this hotel by Balkan escapes & after reading the reviews I thought yes it will be fab…. Well all that glitters is not gold! We arrived on a Monday. Our safe wasn’t keen to work, my bedside lamp plug was sheared off & a spotlight out. When we asked reception to change the lamp … oh tomorrow.. we’ll it’s Thursday now! Some of the menu items are off, end of season. Hotel closes in 2 weeks! The lady chef & catering staff we can’t fault . The front of house it’s always tomorrow to fix!! We have just walked back from Kotor, great walk along the quieter sea front road , up the steps to our hotel . It’s 27 outside … the whole hotel aircon is off!…. Tomorrow… Thank goodness we exit … tomorrow. We have the tinkling sound of aircon water dripping. So it’s a real shame for a little place , done up but really not cutting the muster. Be warned, there will be more reliable boutique places in Kotor.

We stayed in Hotel Casa del mare, Pietra for 5 nights in July. Lovely small hotel, staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Very good breakfast and anything we ordered from the restaurant was also very good.

We had a very enjoyable 6 night stay in May in this lovely boutique hotel close to Kotor city center. We enjoyed the quietness of the hotel as the season was just in the beginning. All though for the same reason the heating of the hotel was already off so we couldn´t use the jacuzzi, and on the other hand the pool was not open yet which was a bummer. But this was the only negative thing we experienced. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and have beautiful views. Loved the Rituals toiletries! Breakfast was very tasty and we loved their morning porridge and fresh juices. My favourite thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was always super friendly and helpful. Location was great. We enjoyed walking to Kotor by the beach boulevard, but you can also take taxi that`ll cost you around 5 euros.
