讓給安排一下安靜的房間，最終還是給一個靠近馬路很吵的房間，睡了兩夜都被過路的車子吵醒，退房的時候服務員態度冷淡，拉着一張別人欠她幾百萬的臉，顧客至上這個道理都不懂，問她怎麼開票，她一直都在忙着自己的私事，而且整個前台就我一個退房的，真是長見識了，第一次碰到這麼拽的前台。

舒適，維也納的床很舒服，前後試了兩家床墊的舒適感覺一樣舒適，不知是不是統一了標準。如果浴室的沐浴露，洗髮水和淋浴頭也能統一標準就會更有維也納標準的體驗。

首次入住維也納這家酒店，特別的滿意，前台服務態度很好，熱情的打招呼，房間衞生也是很乾凈，還有免費的健身房和洗衣房，周邊的交通很便利，附近有個廣場，還有一條小吃街，很不錯哦！

1516 非常不錯的一個酒店，到了前台，有個美女給我免費升級了房型，讓我感覺特別好，開房進去後看到温馨話語讓我心裏暖暖的，服務真的特別好，離高鐵南站又近，對我們這種出差客户特別方便，衞生也挺乾淨的，有個帥哥還幫我提行李，這服務真的槓槓的👍👍
