紀念日訂的房間，房間衞生挺乾淨，酒店的環境不錯，前台的小姐姐們服務特別好，我們要了紅酒杯，然後就給我送了杯子，開瓶器和醒酒器！給小姐姐點個贊👍！停車也方便，不用拿停車票，直接走，下次還會過來的🌹

酒店位置很好，靠近西平地鐵站，大廳很氣派，前台小姐姐很熱情、服務周到，房間衞生也不錯，乾淨、整潔、給人很放心的感覺，裝修風格也蠻喜歡，酒店可能是新開張的，感覺都是新的。廚房早餐也很好，品種較多，餐廳很整潔，用餐的人也比較多，有服務員跟蹤服務，感覺挺好的，下次來東莞還繼續選擇這裏。

今天出差到西平啦，入住了維也納西平店，一進來大堂感覺像是走錯了，感覺像進到了麗楓的感覺，非常舒服，正好經理在前台，問起才知道是維也納三好的旗艦店，衞生不錯，早餐也不錯，性價比高

訂這個酒店是為了方便去附近考試的，沒想到這麼差，一進去有一股黴味，想着開窗通風就過去了。但是晚上睡覺的時候隔音效果超級無敵差，隔壁房間吵架摔東西也能聽到，更難受的是外面的車就像在你床邊經過，輪胎快速經過留下的尾音和按喇叭的聲音聽得一清二楚，樓上不知道是裝修還是怎麼樣一直有錘地板的聲音，持續了一個晚上，打電話給前台説讓保安去核查沒有了回覆，酒店的服務水牌有寫提供一次性耳塞，問了，説沒有，隔音這麼差的房間不提供不出售耳塞，沒有這項服務也不更新水牌。一晚上吵得更本沒睡，有種花錢買難受的感覺！如果是還想睡個好覺朋友千萬別訂，不然你會在凌晨半夜反省自己做了這樣一個愚蠢的決定訂這樣的酒店！！！
