一直都很信賴希岸的品牌，這次出差來到東莞，最後選擇了這家店，酒店地理位置很好，就在高鐵站附近，開車十分分鐘左右可達。房間裏很乾凈進門的瞬間就喜歡上了這家酒店，晚上睡得很好，床品和洗漱用品都很乾凈衞生，住得很安心。酒店整體的服務小葉質量也很高，有需要的時候都是快速反應，辦事效率很高。這次的入住體驗確實不錯，下次過來還選擇這家酒店。

續住了鐘點房，還是被客房服務員開門，進房間，還把人給叫醒了。洗漱用品衹有半瓶，未做到一客一換，打電話給前台洗頭水沒人送，第二天再致電前台送洗頭水，服務員送過來了但是全程黑臉。
退房給前台反應以上情況，他們態度敷衍，對待客人投訴不認真，態度不好。
退房後在大堂等人將近15分鐘沒人送水，但是其他人坐在大堂馬上送水過水，後面見到我坐在哪裡才給我送水過來，然後問我要好評，真是扯淡。

之前已經在這住過好幾次了，也蠻舒服的 本來這次想連續住一個禮拜的。結果今天從早上8點開始一直聽到樓上裝修的聲音 ，動靜特別大 嚴重影響了我的睡眠。也去過電話給前台 前台沒有任何反饋！ 真的特別失望 再也不想來這裏了

不會再入住，體驗較差，服務人員感覺沒受過專業培訓。入住時樓裏在裝修，週六入住當晚聽見裝修聲，特意確認週日是否還裝修，前台説週日不會裝修了，週日一大早7點開始裝修聲超級吵，敲敲打打，打電話給前台，前台説“會請他們小聲一點”，我回復“是停止裝修，週末不允許裝修”，未果，一整個早上都非常非常吵，無法休息。
房間不大，整潔度一般，有智能設備。洗漱備品給了兩瓶沐浴露，無洗髮露，從細節來看很不用心。

房間很好 很新 看林則徐很近 沒想到周邊去美食景點都很近 睡的也很舒服 特別喜歡這個酒店 值得推薦 下次如果去東莞 還住這裏

非常美好，環境乾淨衛生，有專用停車位，空調非常充足香味也非常好
，前台姐姐也很有禮貌，只是早上可能酒店裝修非常嘈吵電鑽聲音
，不能睡到下午才起床

很不錯的一家酒店，前台工作人員很熱情，花茶好喝，酒店環境不錯，還有早餐提供，停車也是免費的，房間風格也挺別緻的，重要的是周圍很熱鬧，買東西吃飯都很方便，好吃的很多，值得推薦，點贊
