房間環境很不錯，在山上有個觀景平台喝水啥的挺舒服的，洗澡間洗澡水相當給力，就是因為要來回爬山，設個行李箱觀光車唄，早餐一言難盡，差到底了，白水麪條一碗，調料得自己加，你放一兩個澆頭也好啊，但是有位服務員，領走的時候東西忘記拿了，服務員主動聯繫我們，還送到前面了

房間馬桶壞了，等維修等了好久，比較耽擱時間，温泉還不錯水乾淨設施新，早餐9點就結束了沒趕上

辦理入住和夢泉谷温泉用的是同一個前台，所以一定要在下午2:30後辦，要不根本不開門，早到了就衹能關在大門外等着夢泉谷開門營業。房間硬件設施落後標準十年吧，塑料拖鞋臟的要命，忘記帶了也衹好硬着頭皮穿。木屋的特點就是味道大、濕氣重、蟲子多、房頂高、燈光暗，孩子趕着日落前在陽台寫的作業，要做好心理準備。視野還可以的，陽台外就是夢泉谷室外温泉長樂坊，5點後開燈了還挺漂亮。温泉晚上9:30關門，關門前音樂很大聲有點吵。住木屋自帶夢泉谷温泉門票，房間外樓梯直達，室內的恆温水上樂園和室外的温泉都不錯。早飯要求送上來，品種豐富，饅頭肉包牛奶蛋糕水餃雞蛋水果青瓜，量很大，反正三個人是根本吃不完。

帶娃去親子非常合適～睡個懶覺可以泡一天～我們住在半山小草屋～真的是從山邊挑空出來的～感覺非常棒～淋浴房稍微小了點～幫娃洗澡有點累～但是下面的温泉室內小童樂園也有洗～地方很大～我們其中有一天就在下面洗的～生態環境非常好，所以避免不了蟲蟲有點多～但是整體還是很乾凈的～唯一缺點來了，就是吃啊～裏面吃的很少，關的很早～建議可以外面吃～總體性價比較高～

我以為獨棟小木屋會很驚艷，結果體驗很一般，首先配套設施跟不上，小電視忒小，洗漱用具跟小賓館一樣的檔次，沒有小童友好，這個酒店的温泉水樂園都是小童玩的，酒店卻沒有對小童有優待，然後早餐25元是一份，一碗麪一個雞蛋倆包子，不太管飽，重點是不包含小童，我家小寶想讓他多煮兩顆餛飩都不肯，説規定一個房間兩份，每個人有固定數目，我尋思一兩歲的寶寶就不能優待一下？房間內也沒有小童用品，總之親子游不建議來，木屋外面的小水池也沒有水。服務方面，進門後來了兩撥人，修馬桶裝燈罩emmm這個不能提前處理嗎，入住後才來。服務員大部分挺熱心，個別幾個不太行，説話也很生硬。

酒店的硬件還是不錯的，但是房間很小，洗手間很大淋浴房的設計一個人都撞龍頭！但是帶着長者孩子，電瓶車衹有下午才上班，退房尤為不便。早餐也是定量的，對不起這個房價喔！温泉還不錯就是泡完再去爬樓梯回房間，高血壓傷不起。
酒店的定位很重要，兩頭不搭界則沒有出路。
衹能説，地方不錯，工作人員太少，過節都賺不到米養不住人……體驗感太差。

非常不滿意的一次住宿
1、收費極其宰人。平時五百多還包含燒烤啥的，春節期間將近900，非常小的一間屋子，房間內的私泉還要另付200，衹能泡一小時，還不如回家泡浴缸
2、服務太差！！！！這也是給差評的主要原因，完全與收費的價格不符！在景區辦理入住的時候，衹給了我們三個手環，還讓我們自行開車上去（酒店建在山坡上，如果帶着行李箱的遊客慎重考慮，要爬一段山坡），之前入住廣州香港街內部酒店的時候都是有接駁車的。並且服務人員幾乎沒有服務意識，三個手環也沒做任何講解，住宿酒店的旅客如何快速進入景區也沒有説明！
3、衞生一般。房間進入後有股潮味，裏面提供的浴袍衣服很舊，不值這個價格
4、整個景區體驗很糟糕，室內温泉可泡的池子太少，大部分都是小孩子，一些玩樂設施數量很少；室外温泉大部分都要額外收費，最便宜100一小時，康體樓提供的餐飲很少，休息室衞生很糟糕，甚至在冬天連空調都沒開，冬天凍的瑟瑟發抖
