Parking rate too expensive

Check in was great and quick. They made my son feel special as well at check in

Bonjour, j'ai réservé une nuit dans la chambre 320, dans ma chambre le drap contour de mon lit n'était pas bien mis et à moitié fait. Ensuite j'ai remarqué que le chauffage ne montait pas plus haut que 20⁰c sans oublié les frais de stationnement astronomiques.

new, but i didn't expect parking fee for 25 per night

Decent breakfast and relatively clean room; however, there was no hairdryer, the coffee maker was broken, the door was loose at the bottom and let the cold air get in. The reception desk was hard to reach by phone; the bed sheets for the sofa bed were not provided by request but delivered to the room later at night resulting in disturbance of our sleep. The price of the room ended up not being the one it was presented on your site: some unexplained multiple fees were added to the room price; the parking was also for a charge of $25 per day which was not mentioned anywhere when booking. We eventually left the hotel after one night due to the excessive noise both from inside and outside of the hotel and due to the issues described above; however, in spite of our early check out, we were still charged for the parking for the second day of our stay when we were not there.All of the above is extremely disappointing, and as a loyal customer of *******, I believe that I deserve to be refunded at least partially for all the inconvenience we experienced.

We have stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions and have found it to be reasonably priced and well maintained. We are a family of five and greatly appreciate the complimentary breakfast as well as the pool. Highly recommend!
