I am so angry that I, who never comment, want to rate it!
The hotel facilities and check-in experience were good, but in the end they called a "black car" for us, so we couldn't accept it! Don’t believe anything that doesn’t go through channels! The hotel even calls a car for you! These are all random prices! More than 2 times the opening! The worst thing about coming to Dubai for the first time is taking a taxi, it’s expensive and messy! So angry! ! ! !

I have A great experience in garden pool the beautiful hostess nouhaila wa so nice and helpful thank you for here and thank you for everyone all the one and only staff in the reception and all the venues I will come again soon it’s amazing hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, I stay 4 nights for the A** and it was just amazing , the staff very warm and friendly , specially the reception , the breakfast was spectacular , the bed was very comfy , the only negative thing was a fire alaram that went on for almost 3 hours at night , and i want to thank The manager Tarek and his colleague I forget her name she is african , the way they stood up in front of everyone with no panic to assure everyone is safe was impressive , they are very well trained and very professional, we will comeback soon
