氣得從不評論的我都要來評分！
酒店設施和入住體驗還是不錯的，就是最後幫我們叫了台“黑車”所以不能接受！所有不是經過渠道的都不要相信！甚至是酒店幫你叫的車！都是亂開價！2倍以上的開！首次來杜拜最糟心的就是打車了，又貴又亂！氣死！！！！

房間：設施非常新，很多小細節很出彩。舉個例子minibar裏面的茶都是本地最好的品牌。
餐飲：在pastry這個部分非常驚艷 其他的一般
服務：可能因為新開的緣故，你可以看到很多很多服務人員，但是效率不怎麼高，不過瑕不掩瑜。
27層的無邊泳池很nice 據説這是全世界最長的一條總體來説營造的氛圍還是有one&only一貫的味道。

During our one night stay, we encountered a significant issue that caused significant discomfort and ruined our stay. While we understand that challenges can arise, the way it was handled lacked efficiency. The manager's demeanor came across as indifferent and dismissive, which made us feel like a nuisance. Unfortunately, the resolution far from met our expectations!
