Poor hygiene,old sheets,very noisy(the window was near a club)smoke smell everywhere,our room's card not working,safe box not working,very bad breakfast(one bread,one jam,one butter,one cup of hot water for tea for each person) not recommended at all

Disgustingly damp, replete with roaches, no hot water, hairs on sheets, super messy and no hygiene at all. location is good and close to union subway station though the staffs do not even listen to you for a simple thing like a glass or cup. horrible in one word!

This hotel is located in a place where there are many Indians and Bangladeshis. Because the price is low. It is very close to Etihad Metro. Free Wi-Fi. And the staff are good. The room is very clean and big. There is no problem in terms of cleaning the bathroom and toilet. The breakfast is very weak, one egg and two pieces of toast and jam. In general, it's good if it's all out. But it's better to choose a stronger hotel.

You can't call it a hotel. It's a dirty room with lots of insects. Broken bathtub and shower, dirty and broken refrigerator. The staff are Rude and unprofessional. The room does not even have drinking water bottles. If you ask them for drinking water, they tell you go outside and buy it we do not offer drinking water. Breakfast is awful, always some kind of fried egg and bread and tea if you look at the picture you will see that they do not even put a spoon for tea or fork for the egg. Do not go to this place. Does not deserves even one star.

This not fit to be a hotel or even a 1 star like really.. Wow ever goes book that place differently something wrong with your head. It's dirty, their standard to cleaning rooms or linen beding is 0% with hairs on pillows from previous people.. Totally rubbish place to stay even for night. Bath shower is broken and only cold water runs in the shower. With dead insects on bathroom..

по воле случая оказался опять в этом отеле и спустя время, ситуация стала гораздо хуже. Все комнаты кишат тараканами, грязь, в номерах не убирают, не меняют полотенца. вишенка на торте - мышеловка в коридоре..Однако персонал верен себе - хамит как обычно - если не нравится - убирайтесь отсюда! Ужасно грязный, мерзкий отель

Очень не советую данный отель. Друг перетащил из другого, тоже бюджетного, типа место лучше. По первому виду просто старенькая комната, Но очень грязные шторы, плесень ,вода еле теплая, друзья тараканы, полотенец нет даже страшно просить, купили себе новые, сан узел тоже не убирался давно. Думали вытерпим запаслись антибактериальными спреями, но через два дня мучений решили съехать даже если не вернут деньги. Очень не советую данное место. Берегите себя и свои нервы. К персоналу нет претензий, к плюсам только расположение удобное.

این هتل از دید من بدترین هتل دبی هست زیرا تمیزی در پایین ترین سطح ممکن هست، آسانسور بسیار کندی داره و بدتر از همه در یکی از روزهای گرم تیرماه که من در این هتل اقامت داشتم، برق ساختمان هتل قطع شد و از ساعت 12 ظهر تا 20 برق نداشت و این در حالی بود که کارمندان مرتب میگفتند نیم ساعت دیگر درست میشود، یک ساعت دیگر درست میشود و آخر هم آنقدر طول کشید و ما در آن گرما فقط در اتاق عرق میریختیم. انتخاب این هتل قطعا سفر شما را خراب خواهد کرد
