Overall is okay but please improve on food varieties. Suits for people who need peace in nature.

The quiet place is located near melaka toll and it’s hidden from the outside world. The place is quiet and peaceful and definitely recomend family or couple to spend a night here. The down side of the hotel is the breakfast wasn’t impressive and mediocre.

This is an old place, i remember went here 13 years ago. It was great back then, but sadly due to the old aged, a lot of improvement need to be made. The rooms is musky, the fans are not cleaned, the swimming pool is good, the breakfast is meh, the service is great and the staff are friendly. I would not come again for the time being. Major improvement need to make.

I love this place so much. When we booked on a weekday, no one else booked the resort felt like the entire resort was for us.. so romantic and sucha lovely place to be with your partner. Customer service was excellent. Would definitely come back again. Thank you

A good hideway from the bustling melaka town. Quiet and peaceful jungle settings and serenity… Breakfast is awesome too.! Toilet and bathtub condition could be much better, as it looks less maintained with ageing stains.

This hotel is running down with low maintenance. The pool is dirty and very bad. it looks nice in the picture but in reality is very bad and not worth the money. Breakfast serve in ala carte but very small in portion. i booked 2 nights stayed in this hotel and felt very upset and wasted of my money. With the price that i’ve paid..there is lot of other hotels that can provide better.

Overall good experience. The cabin a bit run down, perhaps due to long closure during the movement control order. Service can be improved. The check out time at 11am is a turn off.

They have certainly improved! I went back in december last year and they just opened for guests. Back then my experience was dreadful. This time they have employed more staffs and the staffs are friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the complimentary welcome cendol and breakfast was delicious. I didnt use the pool and the gym is closed. Room needs another good vacuum and mopping as it was dusty. Aircon was a problem for both of my rooms. It seems it was set on a timer as after certain period of time it was not cold anymore.

Awesome romantic stay

It's far away from the city, but the environment is pretty good. If you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle with your family, you can choose here. It's quiet, but the sanitary environment is a bit poor. It's dusty. There are children running back and forth upstairs and it's very noisy. I need to go and communicate.

The soundproofing of the room is poor, and I entered the room to clean without permission and confirmation. The breakfast is very poor, there is no buffet breakfast, and you have to wait for more than half an hour to order breakfast.

It's a beautiful place, it just needs some improvements and a more interesting a**osphere.. it doesn't sell souvenirs, clay, etc..

Advise everyone to think twice this place is old and scary! The front desk collected the deposit and said it would be returned within 14 working days, but they didn't keep their promise at all! It is very inconvenient to travel far from the city!
