1.酒店服務人員態度差；2.停車收費，訂酒店入住前説停車免費，停一晚結果要自費出停車費，打電話問酒店處理，打幾個電話沒給客户處理，還把客户手機號拉黑，真的噁心。

酒店接待在大樓14樓（一樓沒有大堂），晚上到達酒店發現有房間異味，告訴前台，酒店比較重視並給予房間升級，還比較好。

衞生：衞生情況良好
環境：獨山是個小縣城，酒店在公寓樓的兩層裏，有地面和地下停車場，總體方便。周圍有本地特色“永興蝦酸”，外地人可能不太習慣。

房間大，床比較軟，設施用品不算差，基本能滿足個人需求。可能是我要求不高，抱歉！唯一感覺不太好的是停車，很擁擠，晚了找車位較麻煩，由於是很大的公共停車場，能理解！
