We had a great stay here, quiet place, clean, comfy bed, a very warm welcome from Lindsay on reception. Would thoroughly recommend.

This is a basic Travelodge hotel with a sweet Machine rather than a restaurant but they get the rooms clean and that's all we ever ask for. It's not the sort of place I could see myself staying at for a long length of time but 1 or 2 nights is good as a base of operations.

A good comfortable couple of nights, room was a bit warm the first night until we found out how to turn the heater down. Main downside was that, as with many of the older Travelodges, there are no proper breakfast facilities, just an overpriced pack of cornflakes & a fruit juice! Hopefully the upcoming refurb will introduce a breakfast bar of some sort?

It must be dispiriting to work at the Four Marks. No matter how well you keep it clean, no matter how conscientious you are when dealing with the guests, you cannot get away from the fact that it is awfully run down, tired, in need of refurbishment.

A decent stay at this Travelodge. Some of the decor is a bit old and facilities are fairly basic. It was all clean and tidy however and the staff were friendly. There is plenty of parking. If I needed a hotel in this area again I'd have no issues staying here.

I stay regularly at this hotel and staff are friendly helpful and great and room has all I need. I email reception ahead of my stay and they do there best to put me in my favourite room (I know, sad).

Stayed here the last 2 months. It has been a really good time and all the staff have been excellent. Michael and team always friendly. I would recommend this travelodge to anyone looking to stay in this area. Shops just up the road. Thank you to travelodge for an excellent stay

Our room had grubby stains in the bathroom & it smelt of damp. Our clothes & hair smelt of damp the following morning. The corridors smelt sweaty & musty. We paid £100 for this privilege. The staff were all friendly & professional. It is not their fault. This travelodge needs serious investment.
