Otelin konumu ve durumundan önce çalışanların nezaketi ve misafirperliğinden bahse**ek isterim. İnanılmaz dost canlısı ve müşteri odaklı bir otel. Otele varır varmaz kahve ikram ettiler, çıktığımız gün otobüsümüz geç saatte olduğundan valizlerimizi otelde bırakabilmemiz için yardımcı oldular, otobüs saati gelene kadar defalarca otele gidip geldik, kahve içtik, tuvaletleri kullandık, hepsini kendileri teklif etti. Odalar ferah, temiz, yataklar kaliteli, kuş tüyü yastıklar opsiyonel değil her yatakta bir adet kuştüyü bir adet elyaf yastık var. The location of the hotel is good near the center and the beach, but for the whole hotel there are only 3 parking spaces, which are always occupied. But the worst thing has to do with the relationship between price and offer. We visited the hotel for one night, on the 3rd of August 15th, where you couldn't even find a bed in the city of Alexandroupoli. We went with my wife and my 4-year-old son at 09:20 in the morning for breakfast and we were sad to find that they had finished all pies, all crepes and all pancakes!!! Only the very very basics of breakfast were left. When we asked why he didn't have more, they told us that there was no proper preparation and they didn't calculate the crowd correctly... Also, when I asked them to heat fresh milk for my son, they told me that it was not possible! I mean, we're talking about a gas bottle and a kettle for a city hotel???? Also without realizing the fact that they had not made any preparations for the world they will host, but as a sign of goodwill they could buy corresponding products from a bakery in the area to satisfy the rest of the customers who paid for breakfast and actually did not eat breakfast.. .And in the middle of all this, €80 is required for the room... It's a shame, and steps should be taken to improve the hotel or they should lower the price they ask...

Otherwise, the location of the hotel is very good, close to the center and the beach, it has a parking space and the staff is polite and smiling.

The hotel is in a central location, renovated and the rooms are beautiful. The mattress is comfortable. It has a safe and the breakfast is excellent. It had chocolate covered donuts, handmade individual sweets and a coffee machine to make whatever coffee you want. The price is good and the service is impeccable.
