I notified the front desk shortly after i got to my room to let them know that the light by my bed wasnt working, but i could live with it. Also that i didnt have any wah clothes. They rectified the wash cloth issue. At 11 pm the staff knocked on my door when i was sleeping and asked if they could fix the lighsaid no that i told the front desk that i could live with it. She said ok that she heard that it needed to be fixed. Then at 1 am in the morning a car alarm went off next to my room . I finally got back to sleep at 4 am with a wake up at 5:15 am i dlepr through it and ruined my morning with friends. Upon checkout , the same person who came to my door at 11 was there at checkout and no apology after i checked out. I wouldcrate a zero if i could.

Expected better from the ratings but overall it was good and served it purpose as a layover close to airport. Definitely wouldn't stay here if it was for anything else.

Oredered Two Glasses of Wine...paid Cash and Person stuck cash in their Pocket! Employees lacked Professionalism. Pizza Hut Boxes on Back Bar where Customers Could See Employees Open Boxes and Eat behind Bar.

The washroom door handle was broken . There was hair on towels and were dirty.The floor carpet smelled so bad .

Great value overall. Excellent room and staff very nice. Only comment would be that you could smell **** in the halls off and on. But good place.
