They had a few loud kids there this weekend, but aside from that it was excellent.

It was okay but not great. Reception staff were not very polite and our room had a leaking toilet and didn’t flush at all. Took them four days to move us to a new room

Our room was facing the freeway and it was loud. We had a leaky toilet and maintenance tried to fix. It broke again and they changed our room to a quieter one. Unfortunately pool was closed that day due to problems. We did enjoy the manager's reception and breakfast was pretty good but not as great as I remembered. It was still better than you find at a Holiday Inn or so. I remembered Embassy having a terrific breakfast years ago but I haven't been back for about 25 years, so I was interested to see if they still offered the same stuff.

This property looks amazing and beautiful. The whole hotel smelled great and our room was so warm and comfortable. It was a perfect stay to get some rest after a long flight. Would highly recommend

Hotel was very nice staff was excellent and polite. Breakfast was actually very good especially comparing it to other hotels. Really liked the jalapeño bacon omelet.

Our last stay at the hotel was not as clean as the previous stay. There was a used sanitary napkin left in the bathroom and the breakfast area was not cleaned between uses. We had to clean it ourselves before we could eat. We were also staying on the 5th floor but we could smell the omelets by 5:30am in our rooms. Hopefully steps can be taken to keep the smells out of the rooms especially if they are as strong as they are to wake people up.

The hotel itself is gorgeous. The lobby and common spaces are comfortable and inviting. The breakfast was great and we were impressed with the size of the room for the price.

The lobby, the front desk staff and the breakfast made to order eggs were excellent. The pool was nice for the kids.
We travelled a long distance in treacherous weather and got in a bit later, around 6:30pm. We were told at the desk that the bar and restaurant were open until 10:00 so we decided to let the kids burn off some energy in the pool until 7:30. Once they showered, we made our way down to order drinks and food only to be told because the bar wasn’t busy the staff were going home early and the kitchen was now closed. We didn’t want to go back out in the garbage weather especially with the kids being wet now to find food. When we went into the pool the bar was full so this really boggled our mind. The bartender obviously just wanted to go home.
The room was okay. It wasn’t very clean with dust bunnies gathered in corners. The pump bottle fell off the wall in the shower and the hardware in the bedroom area was falling off the wall.
Considering the price we paid for a Monday night, this was a massive disappoin**ent. We won’t stay again and definitely would not recommend staying here to anyone.
