1. 飯店人員態度良好，應對有禮。
2. 房間寬敞乾淨，面對球磨川與人吉城跡，風景優美。

The staff's response to greetings and seeing us off was wonderful. The hot springs were also very soothing. It felt good.
The entrance to the room was nice after it was renovated, but unfortunately the room was still old.
There was only one lock on the door, as before, and since we had a small child with us, we couldn't press the chime when our child was sleeping when we went out, so we left the door unlocked. It was unsafe and inconvenient. There is no microwave in the room or on any floor, and the heating system in the lobby on the first floor is very inconvenient.
