Looked for somewhere near to the Playhouse and I could not have made a better choice, it is very central for shopping centre and eateries. The hotel is beautiful, staff are so helpful. Room was massive with lots of nice toiletries, there was also an espresso machine and complimentary soft drinks in the fridge (didn’t realise till later). They have thought of everything, but hey it is a 5 star hotel. Would highly recommend if you want a treat 😊

The shower equipment in the room seemed to be designed for disabled people, with no glass and no shower curtain; there was also a red pull ring for alarm. How did Ctrip communicate and translate this?
